Ryan is a very skilled and honest plumber. His service is beyond my expectation.
He replaced our old water heater, did some heating system maintenance work, replaced the rusty pressure reducing valves, replaced bathrooms' valves and tub drain.
I was with him the whole time when he was replacing the vales. Ryan explained the process and answered all my questions. He cleaned up after each step. He pays attention to small things like making sure the copper pipe won't create damage to the floor.
Ryan's communication skill is 💯; super responsive; he responds to all my text and FB messages quickly. I bug him with lots of questions (I'm a curious person 🤓), and 10/10 times Ryan patiently answers and explains all my questions and concerns in great detail. Always on time. If unexpected events popped up, he will let you know in advance.
Given his excellent service and quality work, to us, the cost is reasonable and well-priced. In our case, his estimate was accurate, no extra cost was needed.
I would definitely use his service again if we need any plumbing-related work. Highly recommended. 👍

Not surprised to see 20 reviews and all 5 stars. In the Feb 2023 arctic blast, both the hot and cold pipe to our laundry split, and he fixed both on a Sunday. On top of that, also worked with me to quickly add some shut off valves and drains downstairs to help us drain and winterproof the pipes most likely to freeze while keeping the interior functional. On time, highly communicative - gave great advice over the phone. 100% recommend to others and already shared with my local friends.

Ryan is the best plumber in Worcester county. After talking to ten different plumbers, having gotten ghosted, and received no written quotes I contacted Ryan Hayes through Google. He was responsive and communicative unlike anyone else.

I needed to have my water heater replaced, he set a time to take a look in person and gave me multiple quotes for tankless heating and traditional 40 gallon.

I was out of town when he did the job and I requested that he shut the water back off when we were away. When I turned the water on the pressure relief valve on the new heater was slightly open. I contacted him and he showed up just hours later to fix the problem (the pressure regulator to our house was broken, it was nothing he had done wrong).

Work with Ryan, he'll save you a lot of time and effort unlike most others.

Ryan fixed my gas heating forced hot water system. My heat would not work so I called Ryan after looking at his reviews and within minutes he called me back and took care of a couple of issues with it. I will use him again. He is smart and honest and am glad I called him.

We needed a plumber because we had a clog in our kitchen sink that we couldn't clear ourselves. We had found Hayes Plumbing and Heating on a local Facebook page in which he came recommended many times.
Ryan returned our text immediately and gave us a time that he would be there and he showed up at that time. He listened to us as we told him about some water in our basement, he was able to troubleshoot and find the issue which was bigger than the clogged sink.
He was able to fix the issue and charged us what I thought was a very fair price!
Ryan will be our first call the next time we have an issue!

I had an excellent experience with Hayes Plumbing & Heating. Ryan Hayes was very responsive to my direct message (found him on Facebook) and corresponded frequently via text. He came out to look at the problem within a couple of days and I received a detailed estimate the next day. We agreed on a date he could do the work (only a week later!) and he stayed in touch during that time, even helping me order new fixtures. He confirmed his visit the day before and arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He seemed very prepared, had all the materials he needed and was very efficient. The plumbing work looked neat and organized, clearly professionally done. I highly recommend!
