Peter was very thorough and friendly/professional. While doing my annual boiler tune-up, he discovered that I needed a new oil pump as there was a leak inside the burner after troubleshooting cause. He changed it out, as part of his visit, along with usual tune-up parts. Unfortunately, there was also a problem with the fuel supply line (cracks in it) that were not known at the time. The following business day, Ed came out, and after additional troubleshooting, swapped out the supply line part and also changed out the nozzle and oil pump again. No more leaks! Friendly techs! As this was my first tune-up service as a new customer, it was even nicer as my service plan was free, and all parts and labor covered at no cost to me!

I have been struggling with this horrible economy and i went to order propane and CK only does minimum of 100 gallons.. UNLESS you are almost full and dont need the 100 gallons. they wont let me order 50 gallons. So I guess my family and i will eat cold food, wear dirty laundry and have no showers until we have 640 dollars to buy the full 100 gallons. They wouldn't even let me pay half now and half next week! Thanks CK Smith for providing outstanding service for your customers. its unprecedented!

Awesome job Tim did on our furnace yesterday!! Great guy !!! We had the maintenance service done on our furnace an he did a great thorough job. Plus very professional and knowledgeable! Way to go CK Smith you have a great associate working for you. Very valuable I’d say! Now we’re on auto refills, plus had a new tank installed last year and boy they treat you like family. Our furnace is now 25, and there have been a couple hiccups over the years. We are very grateful for CK Smith's technician's knowledge helping us navigate what makes sense for our burner and our hot water situation. He explained all that he was doing, what to expect, and how to handle potential issues. Very knowledgable, good people person with great communication skills, and I once again, am very thankful we have CK Smith as our service company.
