Technician explained all the services that were performed very clearly and to the necessary amount of detail. Identified the status/efficiency of the burner. Very pleasant to talk to.

I became a CK Smith Superior oil and propane customer when I purchased a new home in July 2015. All of my dealings with them so far have been very pleasant from the initial visit to setup my account, an equipment inspection, oil deliveries, and online bill pay. Their online system is very easy to navigate and being on automatic delivery ensures I always have oil. I'll be perusing mini-split ductless air conditioners next summer and plan on discussing the Fujitsu units with them.

We built a new home and needed propane tanks put in. The person I called was very prompt at getting over to check on what we needed. They also were very accomodating in getting them put in quickly. Whenever I call they are always pleasant and courteous. I would definitely recommend them!

Duncan was on time, very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our boiler.

I originally had called to complain about the pricing, when I shopped around I noted that ckSmith was at a higher price per gallon rate than other providers. The woman I spoke with not only took the time to explain what additional services were being supplied: larger on call repair staff, and inventory of oil that surpassed other providers to name a few. She also explained the prompt pay discount which made the price even more competitive. She then took the time to follow up the next week to see if I had any further questions. Well worth the small price differential- I remain a customer.

Excellent service!! I switched oil service companies today and needed an emergency delivery. I got my account approved and ready to go in just 1 hour or 2 and got a technician visit to do the equipment inspection and emergency delivery before the end of the afternoon.

Good afternoon, I have nothing but good things to say about ckSmith and their service. I have been with ckSmith Superior for over two years. They were my first and only contractors to service my family with heat and oil. And although I have no other company to compare their service to, I did research a few other companies prior to and I'm very pleased and do not regret having chosen ckSmith as our provider.

As a first-time home owner you can imagine how nervous I might have been with all the first-time doings of a new home, but this company has done everything they said they were set out to do for us and I have no complaints. Additionally, communication is important to me and they have very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people on board. I must add that recently I received a surprised discount; which of course made me very happy, too.
