The entire process with CKSmithSuperior blew me away. From the speed of response on my initial inquiry, to Matt coming out and actually specc-ing our home for the exact boiler we'd need (other companies just sent a quote over email with no site visit). He also went out of his way to accommodate a scheduling conflict we had that necessitated an earlier install (that now means my kids and wife will have heat while I travel for work next week). Alex was prompt in all her correspondence and incredibly helpful answering my questions about payments and signing up for automated delivery (as well as getting me a great rate!).

On top of this, the technicians were absolutely top notch. I've previously worked in the construction industry for a decade, and have seen my share of subcontractors come through the jobsites. Chet and Joe are first class. The install was beautiful. They took the time to explain to me the operation of the boiler. The basement was actually cleaner after they left than when they arrived (and I cleaned it before hand!). On top of all of this, they went the extra mile and took the time to fix a leaky purge valve on one of our radiators, as well as addressed a code issue with water heater (adjacent to the boiler).

I tend to be a DIY-type person, but i'd pay for this service time and again, the value offered by CKSmithSuperior is second to none.

CK Smith Superior’s technician Duncan was very efficient and pleasant, explained condition of the furnace before he left we felt good he did a good job.

After calling CKSMITH because of heat turning off sporadically and inexplicably, the Phone Representative was empathetic and directed us quickly to a technician.

The Technician (JIM) called us within ten minutes and arrived within half an hour, very impressive considering how many maintenance/utility companies take all day, and remarkable considering how it was the first zero day of the season, WPS closed it was so cold and CKSMITH was probably handling a lot of calls as a result.

The Technician was very professional, efficient and effective. He identified and solved our problem rapidly, and even explained it enough to me to have some understanding of it. Every time they come by I'm empowered to learn a little more about my heating system, which puts me more at ease in the cold weather.

Jim went above and beyond by helping us shut off our outdoor faucet so it wouldn't freeze, which we were worried about.

He's also very friendly and great with our excitable dog who also loved him.

I highly recommend this company. Would give six stars if I could.

I recently had a leak in my boiler. The response from CK Smith was within minutes. The repair was done later on same day. It was done quickly and professionally. I couldn't ask for better service or nicer people to deal with.

My furnace had black smoke coming out of my chimney and black soot going everywhere. I called CKSmith Superior and they had someone come out with in an hour. Jim H was the tech and he was very knowledgeable! He had the furnace running clean in an hour! Great Job!

My experience with Jim, is always outstanding. He is very personable & efficient. Jim completes his work in a timely manner. I hardly know he was there. He is very knowledgeable & explains everything he completed very clearly.

It was a nice surprise to receive an email from Superior Oil letting us know that our monthly budget payment was going down by $10. We heard that oil prices were dropping, and it's great that Superior is passing the lower prices on to their customers. The budget plan and same as cash price has always been so much better than paying for an entire delivery at once to get the cash discount.

I have been using ckSmith Superior for over 3 years since i have moved into Spencer, they have always deliver promptly and made my budget payments as easy as it can be. I have never had any issues and both drivers and office staff have always been helpful and professional.

Unless you are a current customer, they will not give you the time of day.
I needed an estimate on installing a new indirect water heater, and Steve said they don't service non-customers.
If they had given me a good estimate, they may have converted me to become a customer.
If you do not take advantage of new opportunites, you will not grow your customer base.
Their loss.
