MF Mitchell Plumbing HVAC & Drain Cleaning

Called Mike in a panic regarding my central air. He Responded quickly and was able to troubleshoot the issue thru pictures I sent him and he didn’t even charge me.
Very professional also did work in my previous apartment for my old landlord.

My kitchen sink started leaking randomly one day and a good friend of mine recommended Mitch who also did work for him and his family, very well from what how he described it. Mitch came that same day I called him and fixed the problem, such great service. He's so nice and kind and such a pleasure to work with. Then the next month sadly my boiler broke and I did not have any heat or hot water for weeks, it was a very hard time for me. It was an old brand and the parts weren't common and were available overseas so it wouldn't benefit me to fix it so I decided to just replace the whole system. I called Mitch and he and his team replaced everything with a Navien system and I was so pleased and satisfied with all their hard work. He actually finished the installation coincidentally on my birthday so that was nice. I included a picture of the finished product showcasing his high quality of work. After checking out reviews for a couple of local plumbers, I decided to go with Mitch and his team. My hot water was not fully heating up and after calling technical support for my water heater they recommended I call a local plumber. Mitch and his team were very thorough, professional and didn’t just charge me for unnecessary parts. They thoroughly diagnosed the issue and fixed my hot water heater. Had a fantastic experience using this company, quick response, much better quote than I've seen around, plus even when I made a mistake in the water heater type Mitch was extremely professional and handled the difference very easily with me and STILL got things done same day after making a trip out to get the correct kind of water heater. I had a bad leak in my home's main drainage pipe in my basement . I called Mitch and he stopped by that evening after he finished his jobs to take a look. Came back the next day and replaced the leaky pipe. Very responsive and professional. Great work!!!
