Our boiler stopped working on New Year's day with a house full of guests! Our Technician (Tim) was outstanding. He made a call to let us know he was on his way, was very prompt and was extremely professional. He resolved the issue quickly, and gave us a clear and complete description of the issue and how he resolved it. Tim provided outstanding service!!

Great experience. Had a tiny hiccup with a part for our new boiler but the technician came back the next day to correct it. They put canvas sheets down to protect our carpets and were very polite. We would recommend!

The last few days, we noticed our furnace was making a vibrating noise. With closer inspection, it sounded like the exhaust fan was rubbing against the exhaust pipe. With each day, it got louder and louder. It got to the point where I made a phone call late-late night on Sunday (2-3am) and called your emergency line. The operator was so nice to us and put in a service call for the morning. Well, my wife and I woke up this Monday morning to a very cold home. I called the emergency line again just to let them know what happened.

The operator said they would let the tech know and try to push us up the priority list. Well, from my phone call to the receipt in hand, only a few hours went by. Ed the repair guy was AMAZING. The operators I spoke to were AMAZING. CK Smith Superior's customer service is just AMAZING. Maybe CK Smith should rename the company to "CK Smith AMAZING" because that's what they are. And for the record, I did call CK Smith back and speak to a supervisor "Dave" to thank them. I just had to let them know how much we appreciated such a fast and flawless service. You people saved my family from an imminent frigid home and possibly some burst water pipes. Thank you very much for such an outstanding service!

We used CK Smith to install a whole-house ductless mini-split A/C system. Two outdoor units and 5 inside handlers on a two floor house. After having had some bad luck with other contractors on other projects, we were absolutely thrilled with CK Smith. This was a challenging installation for several reasons, including the size and shape of the house and the electrical panel. CK Smith handled the obstacles creatively to come up with great solutions. From the first appointment with the salesperson Matt Cole to the moment the last truck left the driveway, this whole process was fantastic. CK Smith worked with me on the system size, the pricing, and kept their installation appointments with no surprises or delays. Everyone was professional and willing to answer questions throughout the process. The whole process was exactly what SHOULD be expected of any contractor and CK Smith was outstanding.
