In a short span of time I've needed a oil tank and a new water heater. If it wasn't for CK Smith, the silver plan, and the amazing dedicated technicians. I don't know what I would do!. Today my boiler started leaking. By the time I placed the call and the technician was leaving my house . It was a little over 2 hours! Unbelievable customer service and honesty from this company. Highly knowledgeable staff prepared to help you in any way possible. I'm so bad with names I'm drawing a blank on the technician's name. Such a great guy
.To top it all off ,he was a fellow fisherman !.So we had plenty to chat about! I've dealt with these people a million times and every time they go above and beyond with the customer service.

I find everyone at CK smith friendly professional and always so helpful. I been with CK Smith superior for about 7 years and have never had an issue with anyone from here. They call to schedule my yearly maintenance on my heating system. I would never think to call them. The oil comes with me needing to call and everyone is so friendly. CK Smith Superior is a company you can depend on for all you heating needs. Great company and great employees. Thank you for taking the time to care for our needs.

My propane delivery is paid prior to it being delivered, which always results in a credit not usually more than $40. This time it was closer to a $90 dollar credit, so I requested the refund. After 3 weeks I’m still waiting, I have called 4 times now and each time told something different. First was..it’s done on Fridays so it’ll be completed Friday, didn’t receive it called following week told they’re done on Thursday, it’ll be done and received within a wk. Still not completed called back today told they tried to refund my card but was an error, a check was mailed. Of course with all the different answers I asked when? After researching, it was not sent the lady who does them was out last week. If there’s been a change, good customer service would call and notify customer of the change not make the customer call back repeatedly

I have been struggling with getting quality support for my plumbing and AC needs. For over 15 years I have been a CK-Smith customer for Oil delivery and service. Once I learned they did plumbing and AC I gave them a try and am pleased greatly! What I love is so many other companies give estimates based on flat fees for certain types of service. So even if it take an hour to do I still get charged the too high a price instead. CK just bills by the hour on service and is honest to how long they spent and fairly priced so as not to cause sticker shock. But most important is the quality of the work performed. Its just done right. Thanks CK Smith!

Was expecting a 2 week wait for installation when our furnace died. Was getting a little chilly in the house for 2 senior citizens. We had no hot water to clean up leaking furnace daily. Alex managed to juggle the schedule and the install was done in a week. Chet and Joe were great. They throughly explained the new system to us before they left. Had never used CK Smith before but I have already booked them to service my central air. Highly recommend!

Duncan arrived within the scheduled time range.
He was courteous, amicable and proficient.
At the end of tune up, he provided an overview of the tasks completed.

although I did not have a scheduled appointment today, when I called the office, the phone representative was very pleasant, and helpful, assuring me that they would send a tech out today to check the issue I was concerned about with my boiler. A couple of hours after my call, Jim arrived at my home--very pleasant , as always--Jim has been a tech at my home before. Jim assessed the situation, fixed the problem, and cleaned up after himself -- he also answered my questions while doing so, as the poor man did his work as this curious customer watched, and was extremely pleasant the entire time. CK Smith Superior has been my oil and maintenance company for the 22 years we have lived in our home, and I would not consider switching to any other company--they are knowledgeable, pleasant, reasonable, very helpful, and do an amazing job! Thank you so much, for keeping my home safe, and my boiler running well, and not making me feel like I am burdensome if I have a concern! Your company, and staff are the best!

Recent service from after hours service technician, Doug was excellent and quick. I called at 10 am on the July 4th holiday, and we were all fixed and he was leaving my house by 1130am!
Awesome job, decent oil/fuel prices, and a local company that has it going on!

My husband and I bought our first home this year and recently signed up for a service contract with automatic oil deliveries with CK Smith. Kevin was our sales rep and he was likely the main reason we went with CK Smith in the end. No other oil company had the energy and passion Kevin did when talking about the company he represented. He even came over to our house to walk through all our question on day over lunch. Once we signed up, CK Smith filled up our empty oil tank and had someone restart our pilot light within HOURS of the lunch visit from Kevin. I was amazed at the service. Today we had our included tune up of our boiler. Jeff was our tech. Jeff was great for our tune up appointment today. He called me 20 minutes before he arrived, which was very helpful. As first time home owners, and I had a few questions about our heating system. At the end of the visit, Jeff answered those questions and gave us some good advice as we roll into the colder months on how to conserve some energy. To me, his courteous, professional responses went above and beyond the tune up service he was there for.
Because of the team at CK Smith, we're more confident home owners and we're ready for our first winter!
