I discovered recently that I didn't receive my yearly maintenance service call, though I pay every year for the service contract, and that it was my fault for not calling CK Smith. That seems a backward way to do business to me! I paid for a service I did not get.

Amazing customer service. From the phone call to schedule a service visit all the way to the actual visit from the technician. Was able to schedule a visit next day for a full system inspection. (Being in the service industry, that’s incredible!) Prompt arrival for the given arrival window. Technician went above and beyond in his inspection. Had a great attitude and was great to deal with. Also took the time to teach me what all of the components are in my heating system and how they operate. Very honest and look forward to working with him again in the future. Recommend 10/10

Duncan has completed our annual tune-up several times since we started scheduling our preventive maintenance. He is always so courteous and professional and is respectful of our property and time. It's always a pleasure to see him, he has a great personality and does a wonderful job of explaining anything we ask. We look forward to seeing him again next year!

Tim arrived on an emergency call after-hours. He found and solved the problem with my indirect hot water heater and made sure everything was in good working order before he left.
