I discovered recently that I didn't receive my yearly maintenance service call, though I pay every year for the service contract, and that it was my fault for not calling CK Smith. That seems a backward way to do business to me! I paid for a service I did not get.

Tim is great. This is the second time he's been at our house for routine service work. Very knowledgeable and professional. Clearly explained the work he was doing. Great service. Very nice guy.

Amazing customer service. From the phone call to schedule a service visit all the way to the actual visit from the technician. Was able to schedule a visit next day for a full system inspection. (Being in the service industry, that’s incredible!) Prompt arrival for the given arrival window. Technician went above and beyond in his inspection. Had a great attitude and was great to deal with. Also took the time to teach me what all of the components are in my heating system and how they operate. Very honest and look forward to working with him again in the future. Recommend 10/10

Our technician, Doug, was outstanding! He was timely, personal and professional. He even enjoyed patting our noisy dog. :-)

Duncan has completed our annual tune-up several times since we started scheduling our preventive maintenance. He is always so courteous and professional and is respectful of our property and time. It's always a pleasure to see him, he has a great personality and does a wonderful job of explaining anything we ask. We look forward to seeing him again next year!

Great job as always! Highly recommend the annual service plan. Gives me peace of mind knowing my furnace is checked every year and it should get my family through the upcoming winter.

Tim did a very thorough job on my boiler for the annual service. Tim is very conscientious & readily answered my question on the status of the exhaust pipe. I am glad that CK Smith has the quality of a service technician as Tim.

We used CK Smith for two years and had a great experience. They have excellent customer service and can always make a visit within a day or two of request. It feels like a small family run company that cares for your business and I would use them again.

Tim arrived on an emergency call after-hours. He found and solved the problem with my indirect hot water heater and made sure everything was in good working order before he left.

He explained everything and was clean and courteous.

Tim Sheperd did a great job for us. He checked everything carefully and repaired, replaced, or tweaked what was necessary. He worked efficiently and was very willing to explain what he was doing and why. In addition, he has an excellent personality and is friendly and polite.
