Just bought a new house and needed a new oil company. I selected CK Smith because of the reviews and their services. I was immediately impressed with their responsive sales and customer service departments; they worked quickly and efficiently to answer my questions, check my system, and explain the various options. They had oil delivered within 24 hours of me committing to go with them.

They said what they were going to do, and they did what they said they would.

I have had them now for a few months and have been very happy with the deliver timing and service.

We switched over to C.K. Smith two years ago because we were very unhappy with our other gas company. The representative from C.K. Smith was very knowledgeable about what his company could do for us. All of his promises were kept. We have been extremely happy with this company. We recently had to call to have our furnace and small heater serviced. They came immediately and the service man was very competent.
We are very happy that we make the switch to C.K. Smith. We highly recommend this company.

I have had CK Smith for quite a while now. I have them automatically filling my oil and a service contract. They are quick to respond with any issues. Every time I have needed service someone was here within a couple hours to fix the issues. It is nice to know you have such a reliable group of people to support you if your heat goes out.

1/6/2018 update. Yes the service is good, but their OIL prices are the highest I have seen. When you get 200+ gallons that are .50 cents higher than anywhere else you are paying over $100 more than another company that may have equal service. I called to discuss with them, they couldn't stop talking about how big they are instead of explaining why I am paying so much more than everyone else. I am contemplating dumping them for someone less expensive.

I've been CK Smith's client since the beginning of the year. This is my first time as a home owner and, I couldn't just go with the flow without checking around my options for oil and services.
Alex has been extremely helpful, professional and kind. Today I spoke to her for the second time and, she courteously resolved the issue.

This is our first year as customers of CK Smith, and our experience could not be better. From the young woman who set up our account to Duncan, the technician that cleaned our heating unit, the service has been impeccable. I am so glad that we switched!

We used CK Smith for a new boiler and hot water tank in our house. I cannot say enough just how polite, professional, and genuinely nice EVERYONE has been! It is refreshing! In particular I want to commend the plumber Ethan. I'm not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree when it comes to these things. He has been very patient, explaining the work and how the system works. Definitely recommend the company

Phil was wonderful! I had eye surgery the day prior, and was concerned about missing our first oil maintenance appointment in our new home. My husband is not a handy man, but Phil was able to answer his questions wonderfully - so much so that he now understands our home heating system completely. Every interaction we've had with ckSmith since moving to Worcester last year has been exemplary! They are friendly, they are knowledgeable, and they are efficient. Thank you, Phil!

ckSmithSuperior has been delivering my oil and servicing my boiler since they installed it in 2006. I have received nothing but courteous, efficient service from them. They have been there for both routine calls and emergency services. Always there when they say, and done with professionalism.

We are delighted to be customers of CKSmith/Superior!! We've been with Superior the longest ( since the early 90's?) and have ALWAYS been pleased with customer service and rates. One thing we would like to mention, as homeowners we struggle from time to time with paying our bills. We are on a very tight budget, Susan is disabled and we have had to make Superior Oil wait for our payment. We have paid in increments at times and we were never made to felt "less than"!! Any time we placed a call to arrange for our payment, we always have an understanding person and listening ear!! To us, this means more than you can know!!! Keep up the great work!

We just moved to our new home and immediately had trouble with our oil burner. CK Smith had employees come out every time we called (once at 1AM) and they were always pleasant. They are always available, helpful, willing to explain what they are doing and what they believe to be the problem, and they did not stop until it was resolved. We are very thankful for this company and its employees.
