Jeremy was assigned the task of listening to me explain what I thought was happening to my A/C unit. I know nothing on the topic, but I know a water stain on the ceiling when I see one and a broken PVC discharge pipe can only mean the water can’t go where it should.
He walked me through what may have happened, reassured me that all other elements of the unit were in well, working order. He even reinforced the piping and protected further upon replacing. Next was the unit outside that was in dire need of maintenance. He was able to stay later, beyond his scheduled time (he called the office to get the approval) to run a full diagnostic and maintenance.
I was so grateful for the step-by-step guidance on the system upkeep and his calm, professional manner. The fact that my dog wanted to hang out next to him the entire time want lost on me either. I felt so lucky to have such great assistance on the morning of what to date was the hottest of this weird spring, almost summer.
Jeremy was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, may I say mature in his craft as he seemed not long out of high-school (though I never asked his age). My dog loved him, and he was so polite and patient as I tried to get my kids off to school at the onset, and later again when I tossed theories about what was happening to the A/C unit.
I and the A/C unit received exemplary care. Thank you Jeremy.

2 very polite technicians arrived on time. They explained everything they were going to do, answered questions, explained pricing and could take payment right then. Completed the job in a timely fashion. Actually they left the area cleaner than when they arrived :). Great customer service. My water heater was having an issue and the tech was able to take photos so an estimate could be arranged without having another visit to the house, which was very convenient.

Joined Wilson's annual maintenance program. Matt did an excellent job while he was here and answered all of my questions.
Wilson's should figure out a better way to keep customers informed better of when the technician is scheduled to be on sight without having to call.

John Wilson is absolutely the best. He has the experience and clever insight to get problems fixed. It has been same story for years - no matter which tech is sent for first visit, it has always ended up with John to be called in to diagnose and deal with the issue quickly.

We encountered a significant failure in our furnace during the recent snow storm due to a power surge when street
power was restored to our house. Wilson brothers did an excellent job diagnosing the failure and repairing our furnace. They were very responsive and were able to restore service within 6 hours of being contacted. In particular, when a part was determined to be needed but not readily available, James McGuigan drove several hours to pick up the part and returned to our house to install it. Exceptional service!

We’ve used Wilson Bros. For a long time and have always been pleased with the service, but today Owen was amazing. With an epic freeze coming in tomorrow we were particularly anxious when our boiler started doing really weird stuff. Despite the unusual behavior, Owen methodically figured out what was going on and got us back to normal. He also took the time to explain exactly what went wrong and how he was able to fix it.
