They converted our single zone duct system to a two zone system which included new thermostats. Wilson Brothers provided excellent service and follow up. They showed up when they said they would. They answered all our questions. They responded to all our emails. Everyone from Sales and Scheduling were extremely professional. The technicians Mark and Al arrived on time, they were professional and hard working. They did a great job. We would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Excellent service on our mini splits and diagnosed the problem we saw with unit going into standby. They covered all the bases and solved the problem which shed to being related to inconsistent remote control settings.

Wilson Brothers has top employees across the board. The team that services our complex systems knows what they are doing. They have long term employees so I don't have to explain our systems each time. And new employees are well trained, couteous and professional. Also, where they shine above their competitors is their office staff. I don't want to leave anyone out but a shout out to Junie, Michelle, Tina and everyone I have spoken with (so sorry if I left you off). I always end the phone call thinking...they really care about me as a customer. Annual boiler maintenance & contract renewal. Job well done and was able to discuss with my service provider who I think was Matt. He was professional, knowledgeable and did a fine job!

The technician and service were generally good and a problem was appropriately diagnosed. Well done there. However, when it came time to replace the faulty part the estimate was followed by sticker shock. After some quick research I decided to shop around. Luckily I found another local business with a much more reasonable estimate. In the end we ended up saving hundred$.

James came and determined no parts were needed! Instead of a costly repair a simple adjustment was made by James. He solved the issue in 15 minutes. James is a service manager and assured us that he would be training the team of service techs about this easily fixed issue. Even though it took time to fix our issue we are pleased with Wilson's to stick with it until the problem was solved!

Justin is knowledgeable and very cool headed. It was so good to see the comradory between him and other tech team members. Even though the problem at hand was puzzling, he along with his team handled it with professionalism and resolved it.

Installed new natural gas hot water heater; they were able to install within a day of our issue. They arrived when they said they would and it took them about 6 hours, even though they weren’t using the exact same water tank (different dimensions). Very friendly staff.
