Jeremy Arcila was very thorough in correcting mistakes made by the previous technician. He cleaned all the soot from the heat exchanger and re-tuned the air fuel mixture. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his knowledge and professionalism.

Service technician was knowledgeable and pleasant and did a good job. He also gave me a money saving tip.

We found Bryan H. to be a professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to trouble shoot and fix an issue with the HVAC dampers and get equal airflow through out the house, something we have had for most of the summer.

Today, Owen installed our new dehumidifier which was a replacement under the warranty by the manufacturer. As have been true of all of the Wilson Brothers technicians , Owen was on time, extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He was a pleasure to have in our home. We are consistently amazed by and highly appreciative of the expert service offered by Wilson Bros. We highly recommend this reliable and reputable firm.

Had a problem with the AC fan staying on all the time. The guys Fame out and took care of the fan and explained everything along the way. They tested it at the end and even tightened the thermostat for me. They were great!

Knowledgeable, Provided a clear view of what needed to be done, parts were ordered and awaiting a Followup visit for installation once parts obtained.

We had to call on Xmas day for a heating issue. Despite being pretty sure what was wrong over the phone Owen still came out to confirm for us and was so kind and helpful. Very appreciative
