Awesome emergency service! I didn’t have high expectations when I called and was on hold for 10 minutes Saturday morning after the coldest night with the heat out. But the tech called back within half an hour and told me he had a few more calls first but will be here later. He showed up 2 hours later and my furnace was running again after less than an hour.

Two young men showed up. They were earlier than expected and I had no warning. Fortunately this was not a problem.
The young man in charge was friendly, offered useful advice explained clearly (with an accompanying photo), and worked cleanly and quietly. When he was finished after maybe 2 hours, he only charged us for one, saying “I should have figured it out sooner”.
This young man is a great representative for your company!
The 2nd young man? He just sat and waited.

Ryan was here for annual maintenance and cleaning of our A/C unit. He was prompt, professional and extremely polite. Also answered all of my questions. Great service all around!!

Repaired the covering on the cables that feed our ductless system. Spoke with my husband. Was very nice, careful and thorough with the repair. This company has been attentive and caring through the entire installation of our ductless AC system. So happy we used their service. The system has made all the difference using AC in the summer and for adding some heat in the winter.

Arrived on time, performed maintenance on my heating system they installed a couple years ago. Had very good feed back and both gentlemen were very personable. I would recommend Wilson to anyone in need of HVAC company. They are honest and know what they’re doing!

Jeremy was very respectful, answered all of my questions and addressed my issue in a timely manor. Shannon was also very attentive and efficient.

Shane showed up on time and was very professional. He noticed some items that may need to be replaced on the next annual service which is nice to know ahead of time. I highly recommend him and Wilson Brothers.

Two young technicians came. They were polite and worked quickly and solved our issue. I trust this company because they always help us out with our heating system and show up when they say they will. Excellent!
