Wilson Brothers brought their A team to help us with a new furnace for our son’s home. We had an emergency at our place and Wilson brothers responded quickly. They diagnosed the issue and told us they will order the part that needs a replacement. 8 days later and after multiple calls I still don't have an answer on whether they can get that part and replace it for me. On another job, they told me they will provide me a quote about 2 months ago and after calling them about this multiple times as well, I still dont have a simple quote. They tell me they will call be back with regards to both those issue but have not done so for weeks now. I am just amazed at the ineffectiveness and the lack of customer service here.
