Need Central Air installed? This company is the real deal and we challenge anyone to find better! We have lived in and renovated many homes throughout the country and can honestly say that Wilson Bros. is THE most professional and customer-oriented business we have ever dealt with. We wanted to install central air in our newly purchased home and received multiple estimates from "recommended" businesses. From the first call for an estimate appointment, Wilson Bros. had our attention. Every person (from office staff to technicians) in this company is courteous, knowledgeable and takes pride in helping their customer meet their needs. It took one accurately scheduled week to beautifully and precisely install venting, ducting and air units throughout the entire house and attic. On any given day there were 2 to 8 people working on the installation and not once did we feel inconvenienced, unsafe or the need to supervise. Each cut needed for installation was precise, intentional and accurate and my home was left cleaned and tidy after they would leave for the day. Every person entering our home was introduced, professional and polite. Communication from the office about schedule and billing was frequent and clear. We emphatically recommend Wilson Bros. Heating & Air Conditioning if you value hiring a complete team of Experts who know their trade and equipment. We will absolutely return to this company for future home projects needs.

Alexys was very professional! Unfortunately I didn't get the best news, however I was not shocked by what I was told. I knew something was wrong.

Same day service for boiler not working. Half hour later it was fixed, heat again. Great job Dylan.

Wilson Techs installed a new hot water heater and separately a new furnace. The Techs arrived when they said the would and completed the work in the time they promised. They were courteous and friendly. They wore masks. They were very neat and took away the trash that they generated. I am very happy with Wilson and will continue to use them in the future.

Jeremy and Zane did a great job servicing my A/C units. They also diagnosed a bad condenser water pump and replaced it on the spot. They were professional and thorough.

Alexys was fantastic. She successfully resolved our heating issue and demonstrated a friendly manner. She communicated effectively and was patient with explanations.

I used WBH&AC to do a system check and service a hot water boiler. They replaced a few key parts and then gave the system a clean bill of health. When I started using the system during the winter, it started leaking which it hadn't done before. WB sent 3 different techs over the next few months, none of which could figure out the cause of the leak. A 4th tech came out a few months later and when he opened the cover he discovered a massive corrosion issue and said that the whole system needed to be replaced ASAP to the tune of some $12,000.

There's 2 possible scenarios that come to mind with this. Either WB didn't notice (or mention) the massive issue during their initial tuneup and charged me over $1000 for parts on a system that was about to fail imminently. Or WB negligence caused the leak and eventual corrosion costing me an entire new boiler out of pocket.

Neither of those scenarios give me confidence in the skill or credibility of this company.
