Dylan was not only professional and courteous, he was extremely patient and thoughtful. He appreciated that I had a heating problem on Thanksgiving eve and did his best not only to resolve the technical problem, but stayed long to ensure the system functioned well and I would not experience problems on Thanksgiving day. That is first rate service.

Bryan and Jim did a great job and got everything fixed and up and running. Also Dylan who did the cleaning end of Nov did a great job too. Forgot to give a review for that one. Happy new year and thank you!

Dylan is a fine young man who was not only knowledgeable, but also did a great job of explaining what he was doing, what he found and what needed to be done. He is very customer focused and communicates extremely well. I would welcome his return!

Humidifier leaking, Jeremy was great and did a thorough investigation but the situation couldn't be recreated. He suggested to clean ducts and change air and humidifier canister filters. I was disappointed it couldn't be fixed but he did what he could.

Owen Landry visited our home and did some maintenance work on our heating system. He was friendly, prompt, and accommodating (he had no problem wearing a mask or wearing booties on his feet when asked). Highly recommend him & Wilson Bros!

Wilson installed our central A/C vent system a few years ago and did an excellent job! They are very responsive when I have questions and I haven't had any issues with the A/C since it was installed. Dylan did maintenance on our central A/C today and he was courteous, calm, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. Excellent job today!
