Royal Air installed heat pumps/central AC in our house this April. We hired them in February, and I was a bit concerned that they will not start/finish on time. However, these worries were unfounded. They came the day they promised, finished on time and left the house clean at the end of each work day. An A+ for their representative Matt Modaff. Very professional, responsive and courteous. We were informed throughout the entire process. His team did an excellent job from the beginning to end. I give them my highest recommendation, and I would hire them again with no reservations.

My recent experience with Royal Air was having my AC fan replaced. I was under an urgent deadline to get it fixed before I left town, and Marlene in the office could not have been more helpful. The person who repaired it was also very nice and did a great job. I am grateful for their fast and attentive service.

Royal Air helped us replace our thermostat during the summer and were really practical and didn’t try to over sell us. It was a great experience. Then this weekend after the huge drop in temps, our heating system died (we knew the day was coming). We got a quote from another vendor, but Royal Air came in $2k less. They helped us so quickly and installed everything with no issue. They were very professional and insightful. My parents also used them for years and had great experiences.

We have been customers since 2004, when Arthur senior came over to resolve an issue that the technician couldn't. Have been impressed by their quality of work, professionalism and timeliness. Very happy with HVAC installed in 2018.

Royal Air installed both a ducted and a ductless Heat Pump heating and cooling system. The team was very professional- everyone came on time, were pleasant and informative- helping to explain the process and efficiently completing the job as planned in a difficult layout. I am very pleased with the result and especially pleased with both the initial proposals and explanations as well as follow up. All have been very patient with all my questions. I also appreciate having a contact in Matt who has been very helpful throughout the process.

My gas-fired boiler quit overnight so I called them very early in the morning. They called back right away and were here in just a couple of hours. Patrick spent over an hour here cleaning affected parts, adjusting the PSI, and testing the system. Very friendly and professional and straightforward with what he was doing. I had to pay nothing other than the service visit cost. I will definitely use them in the future.

Nick was excellent. He was 5 minutes early, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem easily and fixed it and then also cleaned out the unit to help it work more efficiently. Royal Air has always been outstanding and responsive.

Used them again and Patrick was wonderful! He taught me a lot about my furnace so I can take better care of it. Thank you! Another satisfied customer.

Royal Air Systems recently installed a new central AC system for us. We found each and every employee that we dealt with to be punctual, professional, courteous, and knowleable, namely Cassius, Paul, his student assistant, and Nick, as well as the office staff of Rose and Marlene.
