Technician was efficient, courteous and explained what services were being done

Fast service. Technician was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Better give the kid a raise.

A very efficient technician showed up on time, performed all the tests and so forth, informed me of the results and was on his way with no problems or fuss. I' been very happy with Royal Air for a long while and remain so.

*EDIT* Had them hear again today (9/23/2021) to and once again the technician was courteous and professional. It was user error…again! Even though the problem was quickly fixed, the tech took the time to fill me in on how to fix the issue and then did a CO2 check for me. Great company!

We lost heat over the weekend on one of the snowiest and coldest weeks so far. The emergency repairman called me back and took the time to walk me through a potential “fix”. It worked! He suggested that I go ahead and get a tune-up, which I agreed to. The company called me back a few days later, right on schedule! When the repairman arrived today he was professional, wearing a mask, and explained everything he did and what his findings were. They were very affordable as well!

We have used Royal Air Systems many times over the last 5 years and they are a great company. They were able to fit us in within a day and we had the pleasure of working with Nick. He is extremely professional and personable and addressed all our questions. And, in the times of covid, he made sure to wear a face covering and booties at all times. Clearly a 5 star service! I highly recommend Royal Air for any of your AC needs.

I am always very happy with the service provided. The person that schedules the appointments is very friendly and accomodating. The person that came out to perform the maintenance (Nick) is also very pleasant, professional, quick and thorough. I would highly recommend Royal Air Systems for their great staff and service.

Fantastic team and great to work with... Just had them finish install of a new central air conditioner, replacing one that was about 34 years old. I had multiple bids out for the project and theirs was the most honest and straight forward. The sales team was excellent to work with and the install team was just as great. They took the time to review my system and identify areas for improvement without trying to bloat the project / pricing. Before leaving, the team ensured that they took the time to explain everything that was going on so that they left with no questions in mind. Highly recommend them!

We have been customers of Royal Air for 20
years and two houses. Art and his team have installed two new HVAC systems.
Today Nick cleaned out our AC drain, replaced filters and topped off our refrigerant.
No charge today as everything was covered under our annual maintenance program.

Nick was efficient, clean and Covid friendly. He wore his mask, plastic booties and gloves as required. He came right on time and finished everything in 45 minutes. Great service call.
