I made 1/3 deposit, they supposed to install new AC today at my house, they did not come, no call, I tried calling, eMailling but so far no response. I hope they all are okay. they just called, it seems mixup in dates. I will complete my review now after they have completed my work.

Royal Air Has been taking care of our home since we moved in 23 years ago, and, for about 20 years before with the prior owner. They are absolutely terrific. We have a maintenance heating contract with them, and at any time, when we needed help with either air-conditioning or heating, they come ASAP, and I’ve always solve the problem. The owner of the company is an honest, very hard-working, and ethical man. I highly recommend this company.

John came today to replace the pressure gauge on the boiler that was ordered for me last week and was now available. He explained everything he was doing and told me why. He was clear and extremely courteous. He also told me what to look out for should a problem arise. I was very pleased with the service call.

John came out to help figure out what was wrong with our upstairs heating unit. Within minutes, our system was back up and running. John provided insight on the problem and walked me through some other questions I had about our overall heating and hot water system.

Overall, Royal Air was responsive to my initial call about our heating problem, sent someone out the next day and got it resolved quickly so the kids and ourselves can all sleep in heated rooms.

We have used Royal Air extensively in the 3 years since we bought our house, and they handle all of our HVAC needs. We purchased our new boiler and hot water heater from them, and they installed them as well as the new air conditioning system (previously our house did not have A/C so they also had to install ducts and vents) and a dehumidifying system in the basement. The installers were polite and as unobtrusive as could be considering the extent of the work, and they tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. Our heating system is so neat and well-organized (and so well labeled), we've had friends see it and say they are envious! Royal Air has now maintained these systems for 2 years and they are always responsive when contacted. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and recommend them without hesitation!

Royal Air systems was professional and very nice when helping me. They are quick and polite to answer the phone, which is a big plus because nowadays with other companies you either need to wait on hold forever or you are held hostage by an automated answering system that never works. The technician who came to help me, Johnamie was spectacular. He not only helped resolve my heating issue, but he took the time to help educate me on how my HVAC unit works and answered all my questions. He even replaced my air filter for free! Lastly he was very polite/considerate. He offered to put booties on every time he stepped into my condo and made sure everything was working properly and all my questions were answered before leaving. Highly recommend him!

First, I want to thank Matt Modaff, the Royal Air consultant, he was very helpful giving me advice on resolving a failed air handler unit in my home. He quickly brought me to the best solution and arranged schedule to replace the failed unit—fast and efficient!

I am also grateful to the installation crew for their patient and professional job.

I give my special thanks to John who finalized the installation! He did a lot of testing and checking, and made sure everything was working well before he left. I would like to give him an A+ !

Outstanding Customer Service! Meghan handled my questions and concerns with knowledge and professionalism. She arranged for an expedited appointment and kept me updated when the technician (Nick) was running a little over with the customer prior to me. Nick was friendly and very good with our dog that did not want to leave his side. He serviced our central air system, explained everything he did and even took the time to call my husband to summarize the appointment. Gave honest feedback on our need for a new system without any sales pressure.
