Service person was very professional and prompt. He put covers on his shoes and quietly tended to his work. He cleaned up the work area and explained the results of the maintenance.

Royal came in and did a great job again. Very clean and they even took time to pet the Dog. Nice guys, explained everything to me. Nick is very personal and likes to educate while servicing the equipment. Thanks Nick and Royal.

This was our second experience dealing with Royal Air Systems. Nicholas W. was our service technician. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit quickly and made the repair. We appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the office staff.

Got an estimate of $21,170 for two mini splits. $1200 of it was an electric panel take off. No other special circumstances. I priced out the retail price of all install equipment (estimating high). By my calculations they would be charging me about $1200 per hour to install these units. Maybe they were going to bring Edison back from the dead to do the install.

Been using Royal for 10 years as the original installer of the system. No problems or breakdowns in that time. Yearly maintenance contract is a great value, always professional, knowledgeable technician's that are responsive.

We have been a customer of Royal Air since 1997. Our second A/C system failed this year on one of the hottest days of the year. They offered us 4 different options which included included a heat pump that came with a MassSave rebate that brought the cost close to just replacing our A/C. We went with that. They installed in a day. There were at one point ten people working at once. I am really happy with it.

The technical evaluation was complete, timely and professional. The support offered post proposal was great.

New homeowners with a new to us HVAC system, had Royal out for a routine checkup. Tech arrived right on time, and worked efficiently, went over everything with us. No problems at all, good first experience, will be back for any future needs.
