We have our annual contract with Royal. Have always been happy with them—from the people who do the scheduling to the techs who come to our house. They do a great job all around.

Could not possibly have done a better job, from initial phone call to taking care of the rebate. The work was completed professionally and quickly despite the emergency in the dead of winter, and they even dropped off space heaters for the one day I had to wait. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service. They arrived within 90 minutes of my call. They determined the cause of my AC was a broken thermostat, and replaced the thermostat under my service contract free of charge. I highly recommend.

We were very happy from start to finish with the project. Working with Matt to size what we required went very well. The electricians did a great job and left the work area spotless. We really appreciated the installers working with us on recommendations about placement of the equipment and how they did an excellent job also of cleaning up and leaving the area better than it was. They were very meticulous in their work. Also appreciated the time the test technician spent with us to ensure we understand how the unit worked and got us hooked up on line. Very positive experience all around.

Have been doing business with them since they installed my central air sysytem in my home. I have an annual maintenance contract with them for both my gas heating system and my AC system. They are very responsive, very professional, show up when they say they are, and very thorough. Would highly recommend for for any and all HVAC needs. Outstanding customer service.

Nick came out this morning to perform annual maintenance on our air-conditioning system. Per usual, he was super friendly and professional, explained exactly what he did, and made sure everything was running as it should be. Royal Air installed our central air system a number of years ago and have been servicing it ever sense. I highly recommend them.

We’ve used Royal Air for many years and they’re always done a great job. This morning, Nick arrived on time wearing a mask, put on foot covers, was professional, courteous and friendly and knew what he was doing. He did a great job on our maintenance, answered all our questions, and gave us excellent advice. We will definitely request him next time.

Royal Air came highly recommended by our neighbors, and they did not disappoint. Great communication, flexible scheduling and availability, reasonable time windows for arrival, and the guy showed up right on schedule. Our service technician, Nick, was extremely pleasant to work with. Very nice guy, and seemed very knowledgeable. Will definitely use Royal Air Systems again!

The person sent was exceptional in terms of thoroughness. He answered all questions about the testing he did, filter replacement, and corrosion he saw, in some detail and we found that very helpful.
