Arthur at Royal Air is a gem. Totally knowledgeable and fair. He could have sold us a new AC system costing well over $13,000, but he did not. Given our situation, he recommended a wait and see approach. Replace parts first rather than the entire system. I would unquestionably call Royal to do any HVAC repair or replacement without hesitation.

This is a great company. They offer responsive, thorough, and effective service. Beyond that they are super friendly and spent time to educate me on proper use and approach during very cold winters. John came today and he was awesome--smart, kind, knowledgeable. He was an all around great guy who taught me a lot. Highly recommend.

I am really impressed with them. I had a clicking noise in my walls when the heat was being used. The manager came out, spent time to think of a solution that would not involve opening up walls and floors, and really spent time to make the repair as fast as possible with minimal impact to us.
