Contracted with Royal to install a new heating system - replaced my old boiler with a new energy efficient model. They did a fantastic job - very professional and thorough in the installation. Removed my old system and always cleaned up daily. I was very pleased with the work (see picture). I chose to go with Royal as in the past (about 4 yrs ago) I had them put in an AC system for me and they did an awesome job then. I would highly recommend them for any AC/heating job. 5 stars!
I had two other technicians from other companies come to look at my HVAC furnace and both times they gave up easily and tried to push me to replace the entire unit. Nick from Royal Air was the only one who walked me through the steps he was taking to check the system. After determining that the unit didn’t need to be replaced, he began problem solving. A few minutes later he isolated the issue and fixed the unit with a few tweaks. I can’t thank Nick and Royal Air enough. When I am ready to replace my unit I will definitely be using them. Thank you!

All workers wore booties and kept our home as clean as possible. All my questions have been answered and they’ve guided me through the process of installation and possible rebates effortlessly. We inherited a system and service contract from the previous owners of our home. Had an issue with the hot water. And Royal was great! Super responsive, and making sure they the problem gets fixed correctly. I will define renewing the service contract and will use Royal for all my heating and cooling needs.

We both were working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic, and our trusty Trane A/C unit of 23 years could no longer be repaired at a reasonable cost. Royal Air Systems (North Reading, Massachusetts) took our phone call, and responded in a professional manner within one business day by sending out one of their salespersons named Matt to go over our options for a new Trane A/C unit. Matt professionally presented us with our options and responded with a quote within the same business day. By the end of the week, we signed the proposal from Royal Air Systems, and scheduled the installation.
On the day of installation, Pablo and Max arrived on-time to begin removing the old Air Handler and Condenser Unit. By the end of the first day, the new Trane Air Handler and Condenser unit were in place. Pablo and Max were efficient and detailed. They cleaned up and removed all the drop cloths before leaving. Early the next morning, the electricians came by with Pablo to bring my installation up to new electrical code standards. The installation work was completed in the afternoon the second day when a senior technician named Arthur came by to inspect the installation and help Pablo complete the installation.
The gentlemen involved were knowledgeable regarding HVAC and willing to answer all our questions. Pablo was very thorough. I explained to him that my kitchen contractors had demo-ed and re-installed the two A/C vents in the kitchen. I expressed my concern that their installation may not have been thorough. Pablo inspected these vents and sealed some air gaps that were found once the vent grilles were removed to ease our concerns. Arthur did a thorough inspection of the installation work and started the air handler, while Pablo kept an eye on the condenser and wrapped things up outside. Arthur gave my wife and I a demonstration of the new generation Trane 1050 Thermostat, and another successful Royal Air Systems Trane A/C installation was complete.
The Trane A/C system been running now for 4 weeks with no issues. Royal Air Systems submitted my paperwork to register the A/C air handler and condenser in order to qualify for the 10-year extended warranty on the air handler, and 12-year warranty on the compressor. We are keeping our fingers crossed that with proper maintenance, this Trane unit will provide another 23 years of reliable service.
