The company's employees are professional, courtesy and reliable. Three years ago, Cooling Unlimited installed a new A/C and Forced Hot Air System in my condo. Two other condo residents chose this company as well. I was pleased with the installation. Today, Kevin came to clean the coils in the A/C system. Both times and whenever I call the office, the employees are courtesy and helpful.

Cooling Unlimited was great to work with. Very professional, good communications, careful and tidy. The crew (which worked at our place for 5 days) was very considerate, and always kept us posted about what they did each day and what to expect for the next. The price was somewhat lower than another bid we got, but the quality and equipment seems really good. Definitely recommend them!

Really happy with my A/C installation. Dan spent a lot of time with me explaining my new system and the heat pump features. Everyone involved was very professional. I’d like to thank Mike for taking care of a few issues I had, always nice to see people stand behind their work. Glad I went with a traditional A/C system over a high velocity system. The Bosch air handler and condenser are super quiet. The registers spread the air across the ceiling so there is no cool/hot spots.

Condenser fan stopped running in my A/C unit - made an appointment online and had a technician at the house in 2 days. A 30min fix for a fan capacitor replacement and good to go. Kevin was responsive, polite and professional and got us cooling again.

Wonderful experience! Called for an appointment and had one within days - not months! Technician was on time and well within service window. Discovered a crack and immediately brought it to our attention and fixed it on site. Saved us from significant damage in the attic and our ceilings. Will use them again for sure!

Cooling unlimited installed six mini-split and two main units. Jason handled the pre-installation conversation well and very responsible. Installation team was professional and punctual. However, the whole cooling unlimited team stopped responding my questions after the installation was completed. Discovered some issues with the integrated control and a small missing part on one unit. Contacted at least five times and they either said "will get back to you" or simply ignored my email. They said one year labor warranty. To be honest not sure if they will honor it, since you can't even get in touch with the team. The 180 degree turn before and after project closure is jaw dropping, especially seeing so many good reviews.

I was very happy with every step of this process, from initial contact and explanations to the installation, which was very professional. The personnel were polite, informative and hard working.

We had another company out many times to repair our furnace, and i just wasnt impressed with how they handled it. My neighbor reccomended cooling unlimited and from start to finish, they were proactive, they provided the quote in a timely manner, they showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would and left the place clean. All the guys were also very polite. It was a really seamless experience.
