    I have been a costumer for many years. Paying $388. yearly membership. The technician Michael came check the heater, said he will order a part,that was 7days ago, he removed the cover of the heater, left a big mess and didn't show up. I called many times, same things " I will leave a message to the part deparment,the supervisor will call you ". Nothing......very irresponsible....

    We are a current customer with multiple residential properties. We’ve had many problems with HomeServe. They make appointments and then don’t show up- canceling them at the last minute. They are very hard to deal with by phone and their contracts have lots of fine-print exclusions so they wind up making signif money off customers on “extras.” There are other companies that do a much better job- and we will be switching at the end of our contract period.

    I have a heating service contract with HomeServe. I contacted them for a service call because the expansion tank on my boiler was leaking. The technician Keo was sent to look at it and he replaced it within an hour. He tested the system to ensure I was getting heat. He was very professional and nice. I was happy to have this service contract to avoid paying out of pocket to fix. Thank you HomeServe..

    During the annual checkup a problem was found. The technician quickly determined what was needed and came back two days later to install the needed part.

    I've been living at my house for 15 years and I've had home serve for over 10 years and I am completely satisfied with them, if I did move I would get home serve for that home also . All of the Technicians that have come to my house have been very professional and very nice . I would highly recommend them to anyone

    The first time I called the service on my furnace I was told the technician would be at my house between 8am and 12pm and he never showed up so I had to call again to make a different appointment and this time a technician did show up within the allotted time frame, and fix the problem

    I have a PREMIUM heat policy with Home Serve. My relief valve on my water tank which also heats my home is leaking. Called Home Serve to get it repaired. I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes to get an agent who told me that the earliest he could schedule an emergency appointment was two days away. So my customer experience is this: 1. They certain don't care about my time or the customer experience. Having me wait on hold for 45 minutes is extremely unprofessional. 2. They do not have the resources to run their business. I ended up calling a 24 hour emergency plumber. If I can find one they have the ability to have extra emergency vendors on hold if needed but clearly they don't care and would rather have my basement flooding for several days. So now I have PREMIUM heat services which are essentially useless as they refuse to call another vendor to fix the repair and expect the homeowner WITH THEIR INSURANCE to incur the extra expense because they refuse to staff their organization properly. So I am now feel like I am wasting my money with this plan because they refuse to do what I am paying them to do.

    I wish I could give them minus. My husbands aunt owned the house I lived in now then sold it to my Father-in-law who sold it to us last year. For the longest time we were with homeserve. I don’t really know how homeserve had been taken care of the house but when it belongs to us homeserve did not do a good job at all. We always have technicians from homeserve come to tune up the HVAC system. 2 times a year. Oct 27 2022 a technician came and tuned up the furnace and he said everything is working perfectly. Nov 14 2022, less than a month later the furnace broke down and started blowing cold air. I called them to report the problem. they only sent someone 2 days later after the call even though I have 2 kids 2 yr and 1 yr in a house that constantly blowing cold air. When the house temperature reached 55 I had to go down and turned the system off myself. The day the technician came he was suppose to come from 8 to 12 I was waited and waited the whole day. Eventually the technician called my husband saying he was almost arrive so my husband spend his lunch break to ran back to the house but again we had to wait for another 1 hour. He arrive at 13:40 pm. My husband waited for 1 hour but then had to leave for work again. The technician came and spent 30-40 minutes and said the problem was from the switch which he said he would order the part and the problem will be solved within 2 days. The whole time he was here he did not explain a thing. I just had to keep asking and he was annoyed and rude and I felt discriminated( I am Asian). He left. I called my husband saying I don’t think he diagnosed the problem wright. We agreed and hired an out side technician who diagnosed a totally different problem with the furnace. I asked for another outside opinion and the two technicians I hired said the same thing. They also warned us about the safty and how to adapt with the situation which homeserve don’t even bother to tell us. I called homeserve requesting for another check up to really figure out the problem. They denied it. I only found out my request was denied 2 days later when I do a follow up call. I then requested to talk to a higher power people. They said their manager would call me back with in 24 - 48 hours but more than 1 week pass by ( it’s nov 29 2022 now) and no one ever contact me nor my husband. Back to the part that the technician from homeserve was supposed to order, it never came. No one ever contact us. No one. I am not stop at this. I want homeserve to take responsible for all problem the cause us for their irresponsible and arrogant way of doing business.

    Have been trying to get someone to call me back since yesterday . I was hung up on twice. I have no heat . Emergency . Appt is given for 2 days after the no heat report. Had a tune up today between 12 and 4 Someone called and said they can not do tune up today this was after 2:30. If they are not going to come call before 12. Never could talk to a supervisor. I wanted to make sure someone will come tomorrow I was not able to get in touch with them. Been a customer for several years the responsiveness and service goes down every year. Totally unacceptable. Will find another company
