    During a difficult cold spell in Boston, Homeserve came and repaired our heating system. The service was quick, and efficient and the service technician was courteous and knowledgable. This is a great service program. They have always responded to our needs and we've never had to pay more than the monthly service fees.

    Service is not good at all.to change a pipe and service a boiler.you work on boiler s but do not change as sm as ll pipe.i need to find another boiler service.they can go do something with thier sevice.fill in the gaps

    I have been a Homeserve customer for 10 years and I never had a bad experience until this week . My heating/ac system is located in our attic . I take advantage of the tuneups and in this case because it’s a heat/ac unit it gets a tuneup twice a year The most t recent tuneup was last month (10/13/20) and the technician told me everything was fine no problems
    In addition .it’s had some minor repairs over the 10 year. period .Bottom line this unit has been serviced by Homeserve staff over 20 times in the 10 year period and not one person has ever had an issue or expressed concerns with their safety .
    On Thursday I set up an appt for service as the unit was blowing cold air .The Homeserve tech took a look at the unit in the attic and said “:This unit and its installation does not meet the standards of the collective bargaining agreement and I’m not fixing it “He then left with no suggestions on what needs to be done..I asked what my next steps were and he referred me to the RI supervisor Richard Rozzero .I have been told he is busy and Homeserve does not give you his direct number . As a result,I’m now sitting for my third day waiting for his call. My wife and I are senior citizens and face the prospect of a third night without heat .

    The technician who did the annual furnace checkup was excellent--very friendly and knew what he was doing. He discovered that my main thermostat no longer worked, even with fresh batteries, so he installed a new Honeywell model with very good features.

    I have used home serve for my home heating system, gas burner forced hot water radiators, for many years and found their service to be excellent. over the years i have had them come out for service 7 times and each time they fixed the issue at no cost to me. included in the contract is a free yearly tuneup service. for a plumber to come out and do that would be a couple of hundred dollars which is a bit less than my 1 year cost with home serve. i even use them for my 4 unit building with 4 heating systems. and you can cancel anytime. If you expect them to cover some of the most costly parts in a heating system they do not but then again that is usually a major problem with your heating system

    Excellent service. Very professional. Explained everything and answered all of our questions. I am so happy to have Home Serve. I plan on having an installation of a mini split HVAC system by Home Serve because I am so impressed with them for value, service and responsiveness.

    I just had a HomeServe technician out to do the yearly burner tune up. He was fast, efficient and thorough. It's an old burner, but somehow every year they keep it in tip-top shape. I am thoroughly pleased with their service.

    After 7 days without heat or hot water I finally have my services restored. I urge anyone who has a service contract with Homeserve to find another vendor. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Multiple no call no shows, ordered the wrong part twice, blatant lying, and no real effort on Homeserve to fix my heating system in a timely manner. 0 STARS for them!

    Last winter my boiler broke down and I called homeserve they came the next to check my boiler and the technician said that the "Hydrostat sensor" had a recall and HomeServe doesnt repair recall parts, so I decided to call my boiler manufacturer and they told me that there was no recalls on their products that HomeServe just don't want to service my boiler
    After several days without heat I paid a different contractor to take care of this easy fix and even he stated that HomeServe DON'T HONOR THE CONTRACT.
    I immediately call HomeServe and canceled my account, all their repair men are a bunch sluggish and lazy people.
    Stay away from this incompetent people and hire a honest contractor this
    company is a total RIP OFF!
