    The technician was professional, came when he was scheduled to come, determined that I needed a replacement part that needed to be ordered, and someone was back on schedule to replace the part. Knowing that a phone call is all that's needed to keep my systems running well is a comfort. The only issue: they require a 4-hr window for appointments - so I have to spend half a day at home! (AI should be helping them narrow that.)

    My family has used Home Serve for a lot of services over the years such as installing a new central AC system, heating repair, hot water tank replacement. We live in an old house;, things are built to last and then break many decades later! When our old school central AC system died after 60 years, Home serve was very reliable and efficient at replacing the upstairs and downstairs unit. It’s amazing how quiet and energy efficient new central AC units are!! I was told new AC systems only last 10 years! :O When our heating system breaks every few years, Home serve comes to replace the parts such as the thermocouple and they replaced the gas valve as well. We also needed a new hot water tank every decade which they did as well. We appreciate Home serve for helping us maintain and keep up with the repairs of an old home! Older homes weren’t built efficiently at all and maintaining them can be a lot of work I.e before we upgraded our bathrooms they all had mesh behind the walls instead of blue board!) Professional service and always timely, overall good customer service! Thank you!

    The technician came to my house has no experience, broke and ruptured a water pipe, floording floor. Then, these are what happened.

    1. The technician claimed no responsibility at all
    2. It took at least a couple of days to be able to reach people at HomeServe about this incident
    3. It took another several days insurance company which represent the company contact me.

    4. The insurance adjuster (claimed to be independent) who finally came said I need an expert to evaluate the extent of damages done by water. Then left!!! Isn't the adjuster the expert?

    Homeshare provided competent and reasonably prompt service to resolve a heating problem at system start-up. The repair people were quick to diagnose the problem and resolved it as soon as qualified staff were available. It took a bit of time to get through to a customer service representative, but once connected the system worked very well.

    HomeServe is the best home repair service provider there is. It's easy to place a service request either by phone or online, the appointment is usually the same day or the next day, the technician will always show up on time and are friendly and knowledgeable. And the best part is that there is never any hidden cost. Whatever needs repair or replacing is always included with me. Having HomeServe by by side gives me the same comfort as having AAA by my side on the road. I know they will have my back and I couldn't be happier with a service provider.

    Home Serve is an incredible service. I called with an HVAC problem and they sent a technician out the next day. The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, told us what needed to be done to fix it, then he fixed it. He was efficient, professional and he did a great job. We highly recommend this company.

    I did not have to wait on the phone when I called, a repair was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived on time (less than 2 hours after my tell call) and fixed the water leak on my heating system eight away. Moreover he was cordial and polite, and he was waring a mask!

    The repair service was excellent, but I was never contacted by your sales team regarding a quote for a new boiler. The technician, Bryce, said I would be contacted probably that same day. I followed up with a message on your website a few days later but still have not been contacted.
