    The technicians were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. When I woke up to no heat and called Homeserve they sent someone out that morning who fixed my problem. I was very satisfied.

    I have been using HomeServe for years when I lived in Acton. When I moved to Franklin, I was very pleased to learn that I could still contract with HomeServe for my heating and AC service. Despite offers from the natural gas delivery service I have here, I jumped onboard with HomeServe, because I have a long history of great service!

    the technicians came out twice to correct a signal prob. they were able to get unit working but the problem of being able to control on and off has not been corrected ............ forcing us to leave unit running during nite time , a waster of energy . Techs. Jay and Larry were very helpfull ..... i m not sure that we conveyed the on /off problem to them correctly

    Tech responded fairly on time, said will call when on his way but he showed up without calling, diagnosed and fixed the problem with ease, tech knew what he is doing, thanks, will keep them

    The service is unbelievable. I had a problem with my heating system and within hours HomeServe showed up and diagnosed the problem. The next day they came and replaced the bad part. I never lost heat and the servicemen were great. I could not be happier with HomeServe.

    Home service employe came to my residence 4 separate times and could not fix problem. First time was told they needed to order a part , Second time they seemed to order the wrong part , Third time there seemed to be a completely different issuse aside from the part , Fouth time was told needed something completely different that would cost a additional $1500 .. Waste of time

    It's nice to not have to worry about my old (like, really old) furnace. They came quickly when it broke and were very professional. That one visit more than covers the annual service plan cost.

    Been using since well before the name Home Serve came up. Mostly same guys as before and very very good. No other such service that I'm aware of and will stick with them forever. Some of the new programs are kinda waste of money, but basic stuff just fine.
