There was text communication regarding the technician's arrival time and then he quickly and efficiently diagnosed my heating system's problems - and fixed them. All in all, it was a very positive experience.
Service people have been no problem. People who answer the phone are the pits. Have to call and speak to people out of state to get local help. It took me forever to speak with an incompetent! Just awful!
My heating system failed over night. I was fortunate to have a technician arrive in a timely fashion, assess and remedy the problem. The technician was thorough, the problem was somewhat more involved than I had assumed.
We had our a/c go out on a very hot day in August. From the time of my initial phone call to time of work satisfactorily completed, only and hour and a half had passed. GREAT service and kind, courteous staff!
I’m happy with the work of the technician, Jay Wright, has done for me from Homeserve. He was clear and knowledgeable of what he was saying and doing. I wish I could have given more than 5 stars for a job well done. God bless.
I only give it 2 stars because one employee acknowledged the rudeness, disrespect, and messiness of the other. Installed device incorrectly. Bad energy.
