    Sure wish someone would get back to me. Had an appointment last Wednesday for maintenance of furnace and ac. Nobody ever called or came. I've called several times since and keep being told they'll investigate and call me back yet nobody ever calls back. My first payment was just taken out of my checking account. Please refund and cancel my plan. You're obviously a company that doesn't wish to do business with me.

    Called the company to fix a broken minisplit that they installed one year ago. The company promised someone would call in 2 hours. It is now the next day and no one has called. Paid thousands of dollars for system and "service" that seems to be non-existent. Don't promise something to customers in a specific time window if you cannot deliver. 24/7 repair line is a joke. Update: it is now 5 days later and no response. My mother has to pay $700 to have an outside company fix something this company improperly installed.

    Had an appointment for a heating system tune up on 5/25/22 per my service contract. Received several communications including emails, text messages, and phone calls confirming the appointment between 12-4PM. No one ever showed. At 5PM that afternoon, received another phone call and email that HomeServe has cancelled my appointment. No explanation of why or offer an apology for wasting my entire afternoon, or even attempt to reschedule. As a long time customer of HomeServe, i have never experienced such terrible service.

    I tried three times today to cancel most of my coverages. Each time I was put on hold and there was no sound to indicate if the hold was still holding. I waited 15 minutes each time with no response. When I updated my credit card and specified to keep only my heating coverage the agent said I had to be transferred to the cancellation department for the other coverages. when I once needed them on my heating contract in an emergency they did not ever respond. Later they said I didn't call the right phone number but they also didn't display that phone number online. I did get coverage on a plumbing problem. It involved a timely response. The service was ok. Overall, rather dissatisfied.

    Hot water heater repair scheduled for yesterday. The tech couldn't perform the repair because the hot water heater needed a new valve, so he ordered the valve and I scheduled a second appointment for today. A different tech came today (almost one hour late) and it turned out that the valve ordered yesterday was the wrong valve. He needs to order the right valve for the repair, which will be when exactly....? I'm supposed to schedule a third appointment when the valve arrives. I think working with a local plumber is the way to go in the future.

    Not to jump right to the point, but Homeserve a grift, even said so by their own RI repair department. Homeserve doesn't cover half of what yoy need covered, corporate doesn't communicate with the client or the tech they send out, and their fixes are MacGyver at best. They even installed a "low lead" peice for a potable water connection and said "so sue us" before hanging up. Search elsewhere and save yourself thousands and 2x the stress.
