Jose the installer was very knowledgeable of his work. Respectful of the property and cleaned up well. Happy with my new throne. People like to find reliable businesses to work on their homes and I am one to share the information to my fellow homeowners when I find good service. I just felt the pricing structure was different from what Home Advisors said and I ended up spending more than I imagined or budgeted for.

Called last minute and was lucky enough to get guys to come out the same day to fix a leaky shut-off valve and help me pull out the dishwasher, which is needed for the haul away. Prior to that, it was empty buckets every hour or shut off all the waters in the house. They were reasonable, knew their stuff, did nice work. Went the extra mile to set me up for success when the new appliances arrive. Would use again.

As a business owner myself, I feel obligated to publicly recognize other companies exhibiting great services and stellar employees. Well, my recent experience with Addario’s Services definitely fits those criteria. I called Addario’s with a rather urgent repair request for a leaking drain stack on one side of my home. Jeff came out the next day, assessed the situation, and provided a prompt estimate for the work. He and his apprentice, Ali, showed up the following day and did a fantastic job! It was clear both Jeff and Ali worked well as a team, they kept me informed throughout the repairs, and cleaned up thoroughly prior to leaving for the day. A great experience from start to finish! A big THANK YOU to Jeff, Ali, and the rest of Addario’s team members that I interacted with during my repair. I highly recommend Addario’s Services without hesitation!

Addario’s team did a great job replacing our old AC unit part of the work had to be done in a cramped crawl space but they handled it professionally. They listened and were responsive to our request it was a 2 day job on the 2nd day they stayed until the unit was cooling. The 3 person team worked very well together! We do need them back at later date to hook up the heater that had to be temporarily shut down.

The plumber was personal and informative. He explained the parts are no longer available to repair our old shower and proposed alternatives to upgrade the existing shower to today’s standards using today’s parts. He also looked at the old non-functional shutoff valves and provided.a proposal to replace the valves. We plan to downsize, so we need to decide if we will derive sufficient value to justify the cost of the work

Scheduling was easy and we were kept well informed as to when the plumber would arrive.

The absolute best in the business. A few months back I had a leaky coming from under my dishwasher. The Addario’s team came out and notified me immediately that it was a problem with the dishwasher and not the plumbing - best of all, they didn’t charge me for the service! Their motto was since they didn’t do any work for me, there was no reason to charge.

Remembering that act of kindness, I called them back up recently to help me with moving our washer and dryer. The team couldn’t have been better. Dan, the project lead, was friendly and courteous, and the team worked hard to make sure the job got done on time. I can’t recommend Addario’s Services enough! From the customer service team to the install team, they made it all so simple and hassle free.

We have used Addario's Services for plumbing and A/C repairs, and they're subcontracted electrician for electrical upgrades (outlet and fixture installation, panel and service upgrade) and have had nothing but positive experiences. Customer service is professional, kind, and highly effective. Their crews operate in a timely and professional manner. We feel like we got good value, based on comparison of the proposals we received from other contractors for these services.
We paid for the family club plan and it's already more than paid for itself.

I am super impressed so far with Addario's. They seem to be the only HVAC service in the area that actually responds to calls quickly. They are proactive about scheduling and got somebody out to give me a quote for a heat pump - a consult that took nearly 90 minutes - within 24 hours of me submitting a request. I will update my review if / when I've actually had them do the work, but it's worth knowing that these are the folks to reach out to if you want somebody to actually show up and take time to explain things right.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Addario's. The people I interacted with were very professional, knowledgable, flexible and most importantly: reliable. Their technicians always showed up on time and in fact routinely would call me 30 minutes in advance. The furnace they installed worked flawlessly from day 1. Very pleased.

ADDARIO’S is the best plumbing company out there. Owner and manager actually care about their customers and employees, which is rare these days. Talented techs and awesome working environment. Very family oriented /-coming from a 20 year veteran in the field.
