Woke up to no heat.. they showed up within hours- Anthony helped to get the heat back on but was honest about the situation and took the time to show me the issues as to why the best option was to replace and not spend $3k to fix, had the advisor Joe come within the hour to look at replacement options and financing.. very friendly & accommodating… offered solutions should the heat stop again before installation of new product. Highly recommend this company.. appreciated the transparency & respectfulness of the team that helped me today!

Update 4/19/23. I had a problem with my hot water heater and from start to finish it was a great experience. The office staff are amazing. The 2 gentleman who came were very professional, they led me thru all the options and weren’t pushy to take the most expensive one, they were also careful with keeping the exterior door closed so my cat wouldn’t get out! Thank you so much Team Addarios for helping me once again.

This company is a complete joke…. They came out on Saturday to diagnose my heating issue, I paid 50% of the service fee upfront as requested ti get my parts ordered. Then I get an email saying my payment didn’t go through. I send them a screenshot from my mobile banking showing it did. Now I’m chasing them down to come do the work I paid for them to do. They act like I’m bothering them. It’s now, Wednesday, I called to cancel and get a refund, and as the girl is hanging up, she says I don’t even see an order for you…. What did you take my money for??? Although when I called Monday you had an order. Now, you don’t see an order for me!!!’

I advice anyone to just go somewhere else…

They were very straight forward and helpful with the issue going on in both my showers. Gave me tips for next steps for one of them, which worked just a few hours later. Also gave me tips with pipe work down in the basement. Waiting for a part to come in for my other one but again, very good service and helping understanding the process of pipe work and water heaters.

They arrived at 8:00 but the machine did not work. But they finally figured it and got a replacement machine. They worked quickly and were very particular about the clean-up process. My home feels clean and dust free!

I can't say enough good things about Addario's. They have amazing customer service, always professional, excellent with keeping us informed of progress. Can not go wrong with using their services.

From the first consultation with the sales rep Sam to the last day of installation, their work was exceptional. Everyone’s very professional. They work very clean and professional and respect your home. I would recommend them for any job you may have.

Josh from Addario’s came to evaluate our options for installing whole-house, mini-split heat/cooling pumps. He was very professional, personable and presented a clear, concise plan that we’re looking forward to following through on. Josh represents the Addario company/name very well.

Addarios helped convert my oil tank systems over to gas. This included replacing 3 furnaces and removing the old oil tanks. The representative Josh Stasio was very professional and customer service oriented. They made the entire process seamless and easy. Everything was done to code and done fast! Their team at the office also organized and filed for my rebates which was above and beyond most companies. I would highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

My wife and I recently decided it was time to upgrade our 35+ year old boiler and 15+ year old central AC units. We weren't able to consistently keep the house at a desirable temperature during the summer or winter, and we were paying sky-high utility bills for the privilege.

We were introduced to Addario's at a home tradeshow a few years ago. We were impressed by the person we spoke with, and took their card. We had previously worked with other HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical companies in the area and had not been impressed. So when it came time to think about upgrading our major systems, Addario's was the first company we called.

From the start, our installation consultant Andy was great. He was very knowledgeable about all of our current systems, their ages, and how they compared to modern offerings. There was zero pressure through the consultation process, and he made it easy to discuss potential installation packages to help us achieve the desired comfort level for our home. We ended up going with two major system overhauls - converting our gas boiler and domestic hot water heater into a real-time combination heating unit, and installing a new central HVAC system.

We had 3 different teams working on the project - plumbing & heating, HVAC, and electrical. All were exceptionally professional, friendly, and did very high quality work. I have to give a big shout out to Raul, Anthony, and Arty (plumbing & heating), Hank and Pierce (HVAC), and George (Electical). They each took the time to talk to me about what they were going to do and why, and ensured I understood what was happening every step of the way.

The final product was extremely clean and tidy (see pictures), and they stuck around to ensure some minor issues were taken care of (e.g., securing some of our ducts with braces because the increased air pressure of the new system caused them to buckle in/out when the system turned on and off). Multiple team members gave me their cards and told me to call them if there were any problems after installation was complete and they would ensure I was taken care of. I can't praise these guys enough - they are the gold standard you hope for but rarely get (and I've been around the block with other installation teams).

There were some scheduling challenges with the job and some deadlines were pushed from what we originally planned, which was frustrating. But a company's true colors show when something isn't going smoothly, and Addario's office team was always courteous and responsive, even after hours. Once they reset expectations for timing, they ensured everything stayed on track and the rest of the job went very smoothly.

With our installation completed a week ago and the summer temperatures starting to hit the 90s, our home is a comfortable 69 degrees with 50% humidity at all times. Our hot water is endless, and the water in our sinks / showers get piping hot in less than 10 seconds. We're extremely happy with the final result, and would highly recommend Addario's to anyone looking for internal home improvement work.
