The individual technician was great, very professional and worked quickly. Although Addario’s rescheduled it several times. Beware of the “Family Club Plan” for maintenance for $306/year. It only includes the very basics. Example: there’s an additional charge for things like flushing a water heater ($325) which they recommend doing annually for maintenance but don’t include in the family plan. Doesn’t include filter change for the furnace ducting. Doesn’t include cleaning the condensate drains or replacing the neutralizer pellets. On another visit, an expensive water heater part had to be replaced. The manufacturer covered the part but Addario’s (who did the install) charged for labor on a 3 year old unit.

Addario’s once again brought the top notch service and professionalism to the job at my house! From courtesy calls and status on my appointment to reviewing the work they performed was head and shoulders above other companies.

Jeff and his helper Fisher came to install a part on our gas furnace that had been ordered. It was a very difficult and intricate repair but Jeff worked extremely hard to complete the job and got our furnace pilot installed and working. Addarios is a very responsive and dependable company. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

I hired Addario's to replace a smoke detector, a light fixture and a bathroom exhaust fan all of which I had purchased and supplied. I met the tech Anthony early in the morning and went over the details of what I wanted done including that I wanted the combo light/exhaust fan wired to one switch so that one switch would bring the light and fan on together. The smoke detector and light fixture were done properly but somehow he didn't install the new exhaust fan. I called the office who were helpful and sent out another electrician on the second visit. This time he did install the new exhaust fan however he didn't wire it correctly and also damaged the ceiling in the process. When he was called out on the ceiling damage he claimed "it was already like that" but we had pictures taken after the 1st visit showing that it was not. I called the office back and they again dispatched an electrician who did rewire the fixture the correct way but didn't repair the hole in the ceiling. Total charges to my credit card for the pleasure of 3 visits and a botched job $1,136 and this is just for the labor. I reached out to Steve the owner of the company several times to report my concerns but I never received a management response. I really wanted to love this company but clearly they don't feel the same way about their customers.

Addario's Services did a great job installing a new high efficiency combo boiler in our home. After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day. For the day we were without heat, they brought in plenty of space heaters to make us comfortable for that night. When the installation was complete, the installation technicians took lots of time to explain the operation of the new system, and to answer any questions I had. The system is working great and there have been no problems with it.

Called Addario’s for a heat pump installation cost estimate. They came the next day. Very informative and provided a cost on the spot. They seem to be very customer oriented and also offer a payment plan if you are not able to use Mass Save. Pricing was very reasonable.

If you are looking for a Quality and Professional Plumber at a Fair and good price, read this. I have used Addario Plumbing services for the last 6 year now and from the professional staff personal in the office who help answer any questions and help schedule appointments are so wonderful, and the service technician are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and the quality of workmanship that they do. I never had to call them back for any work they had done. They will also give you several options if it a repair or instillation so you can decide what's best for you along with a price. I am in the process of using them to replace my worn out a/c units. We sat down with Anthony from Addario Plumbing who helped us with our decision making on what's the best way to deal with our A/C replacement. It was nice to have someone who was not there to pressure you in your decision making.

Do not use these guys for dryer vents cleaning. $800+ quote. They will not tell you any pricing on the phone, so they can hit you with a $119 “ consultation fee”. Cleaning your dryer vent should cost about $100 for the first 5 feet of vent tube. Maybe they are good at other things, but not for this.

Mini-Split System install for basement unit/gym. Outstanding service and extremely fast. Bought the system on Saturday (7/30) and they installed it on Wednesday (8/3). I plan to use them for the remaining two floors. My only regret was that I didn't have any cash on me to tip the installers that did an amazing job.

Amanda was wonderful, excellent costumer service. She walked us through the whole process, I’m so glad we were able to go with Addario’s. Would recommend if anyone is in need of cooling or heating.
