We had a water leak happening in our kitchen. They charged us $119 to come in and take a look. The guy looks not very sure where to start and what to check. He said it looks like a ‘ghost leak’. After 30mins, he left with no answer and no improvement for us. So we paid $119 for nothing but wasting half an hour with him. Not a happy experience

Anthony was awesome! Explained the process, went over the different units and made suggestions on what would be best for our situation not selling us products or services we didn’t need. Answered all our questions! Hope the install team is as good as him!

I called because my heating system was not functioning. They came out within 24 hours and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Their communication with me throughout the experience was excellent on the phone, via text, and in person. I will use their services again as needed.

Addarios has done work for us in the past, installing 2 furnaces and a tankless hot water heater, with no issues. Recently they replaced heating ducts and measured and supplied a register in a room with new wallboard. When installing the register they cut into molding, leaving a more than 1 foot gap, They were asked to redo the job. Their carpenter came and said he would put a flat piece in that wouldn't match. We actually bought molding that would match, and asked them to supply a smaller register. Despite numerous calls over at least six weeks, they have not fixed the issue. I have been told multiple times by three different people that they would come out the next day, then that they had ordered a register, that they would call me back to discuss the issue, none of which happened. Finally, they told me they didn't know how to fix it.
I am disappointed in their service, and would not recommend them for any kind of finish work.

In response, my husband thought he was cutting the baseboard. Look at the pictures. The work was badly done, and the register was the wrong size.
I said we would get a second opinion from a carpenter, but we found the molding ourselves. I gave measurements for a second register, and was told repeatedly that it was being obtained. No one ever told me that they couldn't get one. I couldn't get any responses.

Addario's rep Mark came within hours of my initial contact with the company. He was on time, thorough, personable and professional. I an still getting other estimates but Addario's is definitely the company to beat.
