Addario's Services

Addario’s performed our conversion from oil heat to gas, and also plumbed a fireplace for a gs insert. They were very professional, taking care of rebates through the state program, coordinating with the burner removal company and the fireplace install company. Start to finish, the process has been seamless and painless! And other trade people that have come in after them have all said that our heating system looks great, that everything is so neat and well designed. We are very happy with their service!

This visit was a pricing consultation. Communication is very important to me. Kyle was assigned for this first visit. He called me this morning to let me know that he was on his way to my home and confirmed his arrival time between 10 and 10:15 am which I appreciated and, yes, he was punctual. He was very professional, very pleasant, knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and concerns. We discussed not only pricing for the project but also the possibility of cleaning the gas unit for which we set an appointment on Friday morning for a representative to address that issue. I told Kyle that I'm waiting for a couple of other companies to respond and would keep him posted. He was fine with that. No sales pressure. I really appreciated that.

BEWARE of false advertising. I wanted a local plumber so I googled repair near me and they came up right around the corner from me. When they came from a town 2 hours away the tech,Anthony, bragged that the owner of the company knows how to trick Google. I was upset.The WORST company to deal with at any level. They charge $149 for a “consultation “ when my furnace died 2 weeks ago, I had to call them 3 times just to ask for an estimate. Still no response. They send out a “ comfort”specialist 3 days later, he tells me a new unit will be $14,000. Still I called them because they never got back to me again! Now it’s 2 weeks in December without heat and the still offer no response when I told them I’d finance the new 1. Still silence from Addario the whole time. Finally yesterday I called Hoadley Plumbing for help. They came right away and he diagnosed it and repaired it in under 2 hours for under $700. I’ve never written a review before now. I got so upset I had to warn others.

The family service plan is a waste, it gets you nothing at all. They claim it gets you $150 off for a service call, but they just find a way to increase the price elsewhere. Service isn’t any faster and they make up prices. Guy came out and charged to look at the chimney (for boiler exhaust), and then said he isn’t certified to look at chimneys (but still charged). He also said the last person that was out from Addarios up charged us. Said we didn’t need the $3000 worth of work. Very disappointed and won’t use them again. Total lip service.

Years ago the kids they sent seemed like students who couldn't solder pipes. Despite my many calls, Addario's never returned. I had to hire another plumber to fix the job they butchered.

I called yesterday hoping to get somebody to come out within the next week or two, the woman who took my call told me they could have somebody out first thing the next day!

The technician Joseph that came to check my drains was excellent. He was on time, he was efficient, he explained what he was doing and didn’t leave any mess. He also let me know that Addario’s offered bathroom renovation services as well, and said he would have someone reach out to schedule a consult!!

I would absolutely recommend Addario’s and I will be using them in the future!

My son does home inspections and after taking a look at the finished project, he agreed with me that your crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't have asked for a more professional group nor a better job. Thank you Addario's. I hope to use your services in the future.

The install a few years ago was seamless. Their service all along has been attentive and timely. Most recently The gentlemen that came to do a heater repair were honest and fair and were able to answer all the questions I had as well as helping me to save some money on my upgrades.

They charged us $1100 in the first visit just to identify the problem. They are not professional, they always try to get maximum money from customers, highly talented in manipulating people. Be careful!! Don’t hire them

Brian and Anthony were prompt, friendly and professional. They called for a temporary water tank and installed it in anticipation of the installation of the tankless water heater, which is targeted for next Tuesday. I feel confident that Brian is extremely knowledgeable in the water heater field and installation and that we will be happy with the new system. He also looked at all the gas powered items in my house and did research on how much piping we'd need for the installation.
At this moment, I couldn't be happier with the service I've received today. Next Tuesday will be the finishing touch and I expect I will be well satisfied then too.
Brian and Anthony came back today (10/4) to do the actual installation. They just finished and it looks marvelous. I'm not a plumber, but all the work they did to install new gas pipes, venting pipes, upgrading the piping to the gas meter outside my house, and installing the water heater is absolutely stellar. I'm very happy with them and Addario's for making this an easy job for me as a customer. They did a LOT of hard work and I'm VERY satisfied. Thank you again!
