Now the job is completed😘we had minor issues due to schedules and weather but everyone at Addario’s from Josh who signed us up to Josh the HVAC lead to Ann in the office who handled all dispatch, scheduling and questions, to the duct cleaners and the electricians, plumbers, carpenter and painter has been prompt, polite, professional, highly skilled, responsive , kind and patient. This has been the best major project we have accomplished in 33 years of owning and renovating and jus maintaining our home. I highly recommend Addario’s with my greatest respect and praise for the work they do. And I am an architect - seen it all and mostly it’s the bad and ugly. So wonderful to finally find the Good! And the Best!

Started the install today and far excellent! Quiet, clean, responsive. Brought in 4 space heaters to keep us warm for the one night we will have limited heat

Have just signed contract for replacement of HVAC system with hydroair and heat pumps. Josh was extremely thorough and patient, measured every room and vent and worked out 3 good options. He was very knowledgeable, and convincing about the added value of working with Addario's. He was a pleasure to work with.

My tankless had a leak, the overflow wasn't plugged in. He plugged it in. Took his time to explain a few things about my tankless. Very helpful I professional.

My tenants boiler quit Christmas Eve day. One of the coldest days of the year. Jeffrey was earlier than predicted, he checked everything, found the problem, got the part and repaired the boiler in two hours it was fixed and my tenants had heat. I can't thank Jeffrey enough. Great, efficient, thorough communication from start to finish. Did catch a couple things as they took me around before they left, but they addressed them immediately. Had they not taken me around, the hole in the siding and Carbon monoxide detector would have been a call back, as would have been the stand for the condensor that I brought up at the outset-- and they went back to the shop to get immediately. No complaints. But like anything, you need to read what you are buying and ask questions to ensure all is received. It was very obvious to me that customer service drives them and matters to them-which certainly is rare these days. Got new furnace/heat pump and A/C condensor and new thermostat.

Heat pump installed to replace AC condenser and work with oil burner. It was a positive experience from start to finish and hopefully going forward. The comfort consultants proposed several options that were very reasonable and enlightened me regarding other possibilities than an AC condenser. They were the first I got and the one I went with. I’m glad I did. The installation went well. The entire team was great.

This was just a consultation, but based on this first interaction, I expect to have a good experience with this vendor. They responded quickly and were very professional.

This was our annual checkup for our a/c heat pump . Cam and Louis were great and checked both gas boiler and ac units . Everything is working fine and hopefully good for another year !
