they installed brand new state and i am Very disappointed with units they don’t work on hot day at all , this happened twice i tried to use it they just blow air no cool at all, very upset , what i choose

Addario’s provided great service from beginning. Jay, the technician arrived same day heater failed and determine problem and called office to have, Marc, the service advisor come the very next morning. Marc was able to arrange to have a new heater installed quickly. Addario’s staff promptly answer any questions and address any concerns I had by phone or email.

Cameron got my AC system working & topped up in May 2022. During fall 2022 , the 13-yr-old gas furnace failed but I thought (incorrectly) that the heat failure was due to a thermostat problem). Duane determined that the gas furnace's computer board & gas valve needed replacement & offered space heaters from Addarios. Duane made the replacements as soon as possible & went back & forth on 12/1/2022 between the furnace & my home until he was sure that I had reliable heating. And I do..

Another exceptional experience from beginning to end from Addario’s, this time regarding central air installation. My initial meeting with Kyle was informative yet quick, and I felt sure of what services we wanted and didn’t want with his help. From there, Joe came by to ensure all the parts needed for high-quality work were identified and provided helpful solutions to problems we presented along the way. His insights and time ensured we had all the information we needed to determine next steps.
The installation job by Andrew, Eric, and Joel was top notch. From their arrival early morning through 6pm, the three remained helpful, engaging, and effective. What’s more, their work quality shone through, with clean, neat work across the board.
In addition, since some work couldn’t be finished in their last visit, Cam came out and did a terrific job with ensuing everything met the high Addario’s bar. Thanks a ton for your work ethic and time, Cam.
All in all, I’m thankful for such a great, effective team to have handled this project for us!

Repaired boiler with new panel, $1800. It wasn’t cheap but the diagnosis was correct. Scheduling was great, within 3 days the part was ordered and installed on a holiday. Everyone I spoke with is pleasant to work with! Duane diagnosed and installed the panel, I found his work meticulous.

My 10 year old hot water heater died on a Saturday. After calling several plumbers & having little hope of getting my hot water heater installed the same day I came upon Addarios Plumbing. They were very quick and professional to fit me in that same day. I had a water heater installed by 3pm & they accept credit cards as well. It’s been nice not to have to go days on end without a hot water heater thanks to Addarios. I also purchase a service contract which I think will be helpful.

They were able to schedule next-day service for a non-emergency cleaning out of a kitchen drain. Joseph was on time, friendly and professional. Cleaned up carefully before he left. It took him longer than expected because the clog was nasty and deep in the pipes, but the charge was exactly as quoted. Very satisfied and would use them again.

Presentation: Mark's presentation was thorough and very knowledgeable. He measured each room for his recommendations. He informed us Addario's Services would take care of the installation including electric, clean up, rebates, and finance options.
Installation: it started with Brian calling before he arrived to see where I wanted his vehicles parked and then he arrived on time! His crew was polite, courteous and very professional. The installation looks great clean up was thorough. And they finished ahead of schedule.

We have decided to have Addario's install central air conditioning in our home. The service representative, Kyle , presented himself professionally and provided us with several options for this project. He is courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to our questions. The customer service and follow up to this point is excellent. We look forward to working with Addario's at this time and in the future
