Jonathan did the A/C maintenance and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was in place. He is patient and helpful. What a great guy!

Jonathan did a Great job performing a tuneup on our air conditioning system. He spent about 2.5 hours for the visit. He crawled into our small attic to service the air handler. Since the attic has blown-in paper insulation, small pieces of it always comes down inside the house. Jonathan cleaned anything that had fallen. He performed maintenance on the outside condenser. He was very polite, courteous and professional. We have a contract with Central Cooling and Heating and we are pleased with their service.

Today was our semi-annual equipment check service call. It required the compressor inspection, cleaning and readying the unit for the summer. Jonathan did an outstanding job spending virtually the whole call getting the compressor ready for the busy season. All the winter grit and grime was removed, electrical connections checked, oil lines checked and oil replaced. The unit looks great, very clean and ready for the season. Abdul arrived on time. His demeanor was polite and professional. He set about his work, informing me of his progress along the way. Before leaving he made one recommendation but reassured me everything was in good working order. He asked if I would complete a survey about his performance before having one sent along, which I appreciated. Will continue to use this firm and I hope they will send Abdul again.
