Mike was awesome. My boiler heat went out and Mike got it up and running fast. He was super knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Excellent work.

After extreme subzero temperatures caused a leak that flooded our kitchen and basement on a Sunday morning, Bartlett & Steadman came out Sunday afternoon to restore water to the house and to pump out 3 inches of water in the basement. I don't usually post reviews (either positive or negative) but am doing so because they were responsive and helpful.

Plumbing is not cheap but good work is as good as gold. Can't say enough good about Mike B. who came over to do some small jobs. He was personable, professional, extremely competent and quick. Nice to watch a local guy who knows his work and loves his job. I would call Steadman again for any future jobs.

He is prompt, very skilled and gifted with diagnostic abilities you won’t often come across.
