Dennis went above & beyond. We had a major plumbing issue with our main house trap. He saw the scope of the project & brought in excavators to work in tandem with the repairs he needed to make. He was informative & let us know what was happening at every stage. Politely, professional & good at his job. We plan to have them replace our water heater next.

Nick and Denis were great. We have been using B&S for years at our business All Paws On Deck and always get first rate service. When our water heater at home broke they were there. Terrible service, called the owners complaining and the guy started hitting on me? Very off-putting (not to mention that nothing was resolved) would not recommend ever hiring this company.

Our service tech Dennis was awesome. He came out earlier than what they originally projected, identified the issue, sourced the replacement part and fixed it for us. All within an hour. We were back in business the same day which was a huge relief.

First, we're very grateful for Jason at Bartlett & Steadman. We just bought this house and called them b/c their name/number was on the previously installed HVAC system. I work for utilities and have experience w/contractors/plumbers/electricians and know the range of vendors out there. Jason is exceptionally communicative, clear, and patient with us new homeowners. In my experience (shout out to Rose whom I believe works in the office?), they promptly return calls and the quality of service/customer care is the best I've experienced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Mike came after hours to address an issue with our heat. Explained the issue and possible remedies—was very helpful and we appreciate his assistance.
