Fagone plumbing was fantastic! They were on time responsive and diagnosed my heating issue quickly. Eric the technician that came out was extremely professional and was able to troubleshoot my heating issue during one of the coldest days of the year he got it up & running in under 30 minutes. It was an easy call for me to make. I would certainly use them again !

Had Fagone come out to make some repairs on my bathroom fixtures. Some items needed replacing, and so just simple repair. They handled each item quickly and with attention to detail. I love my new shower head and faucet. Also, they repaired the toilet so it doesn't keep running. Thanks guys great work.

We ALWAYS use Fagone HVAC. This weekend when the weather was insane and our heat froze, I called Nick in the morning and he was honest about what time he would get to us and he delivered!

I called this. Companies emergency line at 3:30am because my furnace was blowing ice close air and the temp outside was -11. Inside was 42°. I called back asking how long it would be around 7:30 and they told me the tech will call with eta and he did. He said between 12-2 that’s insane for someone with no heat on a day that cold I called another company and told them about my emergency situation and they came out and took care of it within a ge hour

Find another AC service company. They will send two techs and charge you for having both techs without letting you know the increase hourly rate. Spoke to the owner and he really didn’t care. He eventually realized that I should have not gotten billed for two techs and he gives me a small discount. But that was after I complained about the bill. Fagone should also learn what the word slander means. Writing a review in an open forum is not slander. I am stating what happen. I was billed for two techs without receiving a quote. The first bill I received literally stated AC service 790.00. When I asked if I could have an itemized bill, after waiting a couple of weeks, the bill stated 570.00, 3 hours labor/ two guy and 220 for materials = 790.00. That's when I decided to find out why I was billed for two techs, like any consumer should. That's like bringing your car in for service and ending up paying two mechanics without your knowledge. He took 60.00 off the bill after I asked about the two techs. In the BBB report Fagone does state that I was never given a quote so that is the reason for the discounted rate. Lesson learned; always ask for a quote and an itemized bill so you know what you are paying for.

Fagone plumbing was excellent to work with. My hot water heater broke and the next morning, fagone plumbing was there to install a new one! Very grateful for their professionalism!

I realized I was going to need a new water heater tank and Fagone was the first company that came to mind to have this done. They did some work for me the the past( replace HVAC system) and it was done very well and professional. Just had my tank repair today and it done professional and within a quick time.

Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of summer. I called close to a dozen companies and no one was available to come check it out for days.

I called Fagone and they had a tech at my house within 2 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem within 15 mins and fixed it in under 30 mins. This is after another HVAC company completely misdiagnosed the root cause and would have had me pay a lot more for the job without actually fixing the problem.
