Nick takes the time to explain how systems work and what to expect. He also is sympathetic to difficult, time-sensitive situations like no A/C or no hot water. Finally, he has made follow-up trips to double-check my systems for correct operation. In all, it's a great business with great customer service. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are so grateful we found Fagone Plumbing! We have called Nick two times in the past 6 months with emergencies (one air conditioning; another heating) and he has come to our rescue both times. This past summer one of our ac units finally kicked the bucket (of course, on a steamy hot day) and Nick was able to replace the unit and air handler so we were up in running in a couple of days. He was also willing to get us some window units for the two days we were without ac but we had some of our own. Then today, we noticed water coming from our furnace. My wife called Nick and he was at our house within 45 minutes. At first, it looked like the furnace cracked and needed to be replaced...we were all set to pay Nick a significant amount of money to replace the furnace but after about another 15 minutes of investigating, Nick discovered that the problem could be solved a lot cheaper and quickly. He had it fixed within 30 minutes. I want to highlight that he could have just stuck with the initial plan of replacing the furnace and made a lot more money but he didn’t. I am so appreciative of his knowledge, skill and integrity!

Nick, the proprietor of Fagone Plumbing & Heating is the consummate professional. Fagone & Co squeezed us in during a heat wave this summer to install our new split system when our old AC system was failing. Nick showed up on-site at our commercial building in Marblehead to assist and over see the work and completed the installation within two days. The quality of the work is very good and Nick was a real pleasure to deal with.

We have a sump issue late Friday night, we called their 24/7 number and we had a plumber out to our house within the hour to take a look. The pump we had was long gone and the next morning they came back with a new pump and it was installed quickly and it 10 times better than the one that we had before. I would definitely recommend using them.

Nick is simply excellent. He is punctual, honest, fair and a great person. Knowledgeable and experienced, he is always professional and clean in the job. I would NEVER use another HVAC professional. Thanks a lot Nick!

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to post this one. I had Fagone do some work for me earlier in the year. They told me they would come back for one more thing, but after several follow up calls to schedule with no response, I gave up. More recently, I scheduled a service call for a new problem, and they never showed up for the appointment. When i called the office, they said they'd contact the guys and call back with an update. They never called back, and again, never had the courtesy to call me back to explain the no show or to reschedule. Sorry to say, but this is terrible customer service.
