I called after hours to schedule an appt & get an estimate to replace 2 sump pumps.. Office called right back the next morning, said they had a cancellation. Josh showed right up, (called before and said he was on his way). He gave the estimate and said he could actually install that day, which he did. They also checked all sinks & toilets and addresses and issue with my steak shower. Polite, knowledgable, clean.. very happy with a totally thorough visit. Thanks so much!

Had leaking interior water pipe for outside faucet. Excellent communication; Mike called informing when arriving, explained what was going to be done, quoted the price in advance and reviewed job when work completed. Service performed in a shorter time than expected.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Bartlett Steadman. It’s impossible to get a plumber these days…they were 100% professional from beginning to end….a very friendly person answered the phone, made an appointment, called to remind about the appointments, plumber showed up on time, fixed the problem, and was very nice. Cant ask for anything more. A little expensive, but worth every penny for the level of service.

I have used B&S for over 50 years. I have always been pleased with how quickly they respond. Jesse and his assistants, Conor and Kyle, just installed a mini split. They worked with efficiency, and expertise, plus were great with clean-up and explaining the installation and work that was done. I have also worked with Jason who is a great solution provider and, of course, with Mike who makes sure all goes well.

A great experience working with this company from start to finish. After the cold snap left me without heat and loads of busted pipes, Dan came out to triage the situation and get portions of the heating system turned on, fix leaks, and didn’t leave until everything was sorted. He gave me with a number of options to fix the immediate issues and laid out some recommendations to help avoid future problems. He patiently explained things to me multiple times and took care to make sure he was not leaving the house until the job was done right. I will be working with this company again.

We had a pipe burst in the recent Arctic blast that hit our area. Sadly, that put undue challenges on many households -- not to mention the "multiplier" effect on the companies that serve them! How fortunate we were to have Bartlett and Steadman at our service! Always treating the customer in a professional, courteous and well-communicated manner. This local company truly cares about doing the right thing and sticking with you as they troubleshoot and solve a multi-faceted situation. KUDOS to Kyle a skilled plummer who has a marvelous career ahead of him! Kudos to "Dan the Man" (my nickname for him) for a "stick-to-it" resilience in solving some steam boiler challenges! It was "all hands on deck" for a community in need and the staff at Bartlett and Steadman had a positive attitude through it all! It also comes from the top -- in speaking directly with owner Mike Steadman -- I can assure you that he gets it and you could not make a better choice than to go with his team! I'm lucky I did!
