Bartlett & Steadman Plumbing, Heating & AC

We’ve been big fans of Bartlett & Steadman for many years. Our house is a fairly typical 1920s home: lots of repairs, upgrades, etc over the years. B&S’s work is my platinum standard compared with just about ever other plumbing/heating vendor we’ve hired (or who may have been indirectly hired by the contractor overseeing certain major renovations we’ve made.) B&S isn’t ‘cheap’ but their fees are fair and competitive—especially when considering their equally excellent support of any work they’ve done..

This most recent service call, with Kyle and Elise, is just such an example. Our gas fireplace began malfunctioning in December. First service call was only temporarily successful as the unit began malfunctioning shortly afterwards. A call to B&S was met not with any resistance or excuses but rather an apology and a speedy follow-up visit. A defective component was deemed to be the real problem and they ordered it for me under warranty of that first repair visit. This final visit with Kyle and Elise was fast, thorough, and they did their usual excellent job of explaining to me what to look for if any future issues arise. And they didn’t leave until we were all 100 perfect satisfied that their repair was successful. A-1 work on all counts. I highly recommend Bartlett & Steadman and have every intention of calling them again if/when needed.

These guys are the best in the business would highly recommend to anyone to use them! Super friendly, professional and helpful. They got a 5 day job done in 3! Amazed by how everything turned out.

Jesse and Sabor his helper did everything right. They came on time, they kept us up to date of the installation progress of a complete new HVAC system, they cleaned up after the work and made sure we were familiar with how to operate it. And of course of great importance the install resulted in a running system on time as promised. Not sure if Rose in the office has her own review card but if I don't find one put her down for a five as well.

I had a water leak due to an old dishwasher. My whole kitchen got flooded. A repairman came within 30 minutes of my call to fix the leak. He determined the problem and got my water back on. I am so grateful!

Called Bartlett and Steadman with couple of home plumbing issues...I received excellent customer service and excellent service. All options to address issues were explained. Work was done in a professional, timely manner. I was very pleased. and will certainty use this company again.

I woke up to find my water heater let go and my regular plumber was out of town. A friend recommended Bartlett and Steadman and bonus a live person answered, not a machine or service. The woman was very nice and got someone out the same afternoon. Mike B and Aaron G came, assessed the situation and gave me options. I decided to just replace the water heater and 2 hours later it was all done. Both men were courteous and professional and made sure everything was done well. The price was reasonable as well. Great job!

I’ve found Bartlett & Steadman to be consistently responsive, and their technicians are friendly, professional, and do good work. We first used them based on a recommendation from a friend and have continued to use them since for all our plumbing needs.

Mike explained everything in detail so we could understand it and did an excellent job on the installation of our whole house water filter. we will be using Bartlett And Stedman for our maintenance needs

Amazing experience. Josh and Aron were so friendly and knowledgeable. They came, detected the problems and fixed all of my issues at a very reasonable price. They arrived promptly, explained everything they were doing and were CLEAN. Highly recommend. We have a few more repairs, they emailed me an estimate after they left... so they will be back. No not hesitate, this is a great company. And - they even pet my dogs. : )

This business
has been so responsive every time we've had a problem. They show up when they say they're going to and get the job done. They installed a backup sump pump in my parents house and when it failed 11 months later they came right away and replaced it under warranty with no problems at all. Also had them replace the main sump pump. They did a great job every time. Office (Sylvia) is smart, responsive and friendly. Dan has been the main man showing up and recommending what needed to happen and making sure any issues are addressed. We are grateful.
