We’ve used excavation services and plumbing/heating services with Bartlett and Steadman and have no complaints across the board. At this point, almost all of their techs have been to our home for various issues - all knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, communicative and actual clean up after themselves! Quotes have been reasonable, and they even came out for no charge because we had an issue within a short time of an annual maintenance call. Jessie and Aaron most recently installed mini split units for us and a water filtration system for the whole house, and we had a great experience. Both men were highly skilled and professional, and all around great techs. Mike sold us on the Daikin units as well and we couldn’t be happier!

Scheduling was super easy over the phone, and Kyle, the tech, was great to work with. He kept us informed on the status of the work throughout the day. We, unfortunately, needed to replace a part (due to deferred maintenance on our end), and Kyle was prompt in informing us and following up with the shop to order and install the replacement part asap.

Called for service with a list of tasks as I purchased a home that needed a few plumbing chores and the moving of laundry drain pipes.

The job was not difficult but it took time for us to communicate what was the best way to plan the repair. Dennis did the work and Mike, the boss, was involved.
