Always enough time is allocated for the service call, my technician (Mike) has had to problem solve during each of his visits which is extremely important to address with my older Marblehead property.

Due to the deep freeze last weekend, our heating pipes began to leak. We did not know the real nature of the situation until Jason showed up and analyzed it. He quickly adjusted the water and the central heating and got the dripping leaks to stop. He saved us a lot of trouble and told me what to do for the future repairs that are going to be necessary.

Greatly appreciate the prompt service during this unusual freezing weather. The fee was pretty STEEP. Understand there were many clients - but was told $550 was the charge for capping - which is what we asked for. We were charged 724.00 Please Advise !!!

We used Bartlett and Steadman for a huge AC installation job in our Salem home. The house is old so it was a complex job, and the guys smashed it. They worked hard, were professional throughout the whole process, and communication was always great. So pleased with the results.
