Always professional and friendly. Very thorough in explanations of issues. We have used B&S for many years for an array of plumbing situations and they are 1st rate every single time.

B&S installed our Daikin whole house heat pump system. After meeting with and getting estimates from three suppliers, Bartlett and Steadman was the most responsive and most creative in coming up with a way to install the system in our strange old house. Also, they provide service for the life of the system, while the other supplier I seriously considered did not.

Mike was great at answering questions and visited a couple of times to be sure we were in agreement. While the system was expensive, B&S's pricing was in line with the others. They showed up on time, the crew was very efficient and professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. In fact, my wife may have offered to hire one of the crew as a cleaner.

After installation, they have been really responsive with helping us with paperwork for the MassSave rebate and with resolving a couple minor issues with the system. I'm glad I chose them and would gladly recommend them.

Jason was outstanding. Arrived at scheduled time, identified and explained the problem, provided estimate for resolution and conducted work in a timely fashion. Highly recommended B&S.

Josh and Aron returned today for more work. Efficient, on time, friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly, they fixed an old radiator and got it running in no time. Highly recommend.

SO impressed!!! We lost our water heat yesterday morning temporarily. Jason showed up today (within the time specified), checked out the system, explained what happened, showed us how to fix the problem if it ever happens again...all very clear explanations!!! We couldn't be happier! Polite, clean, professional. We'd give 10 stars if we could!

Our very old thermostat failed right before a cold snap during which we’d be out of town. Bartlett & Steadman were available the same day we called, showed up promptly, and made a quick replacement with a new thermostat they already had on hand, saving us so much stress and trouble. Thank you!!!
