I love this company! They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied! They installed the exact system I wanted, in the way that I wanted, for the price that I wanted and faster than I thought possible. The owner even came back to help us understand our new system! I am so glad I found this company and I highly recommend them!

We had used Essex County Craftsmen for the original installation of our heating and ac 25 years ago. They have been terrific for annual maintenance, timely and reasonably priced. In December, when we came home to the smell of burned plastic and no heat, they responded quickly, determined we needed a new furnace, and coordinated new furnace, electrician, plumber and there workman to efficiently and professionally install the new system. The difficulty was supply chain issues. They were able to “rob Paul to pay Peter” to have all the necessary supplies needed. They were professional, came when they said they would, were neat and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!

We hired Essex County Craftsmen to add AC to our home, Worked with Brad to come up with a plan, that plan was to add attic based ducting and air handler with the condenser on the back side of our house. The Plan was executed with perfection and our satisfaction. Kathy and I Want to thank The Essex County Craftsmen team!!! You folks are awesome very efficient professional clean and courteous!! Glad we went with Essex County Craftsmen for our AC Needs for the upcoming Summer seasons!!

Sandra and Brad at Essex County Craftsmen are the to go to professionals for any HVAC services. I called them when my heating system was down during a very Icy and cold weather. I was desperate. Sandra was able to be on the phone trying to guide me trouble shoot the unit. It was a Saturday early morning. I had a defective part. Brad came in later, diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, and boom next day the heat is back. Appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness.

Essex County Craftsmen has serviced our HVAC for the past 10 years. They are a pleasure to do business with. Their techs are always professional and explain everything thoroughly. Brad (the owner) just performed the AC PM He was very informative and answered all our questions. He was very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Essex County Craftsmen are a true family ran professional business and their attention to detail on projects or service shows this if you were to use them and their team. They recently services our home central air and went above and beyond, running to a local Home Depot to get what was needed to get things running ASAP.
Don't know where these negative reviews are coming from, doesn't look like they have even worked with Essex County Craftsmen?? One disgruntle person over one former employee should not steer you away from this family ran business and don't form or post reviews on a company you truly know nothing about.

Finally a reputable company that knows what they’re doing! I rebuilt my home with what I thought was the best of the best. Every summer my AC would have issues every couple weeks. After 4 long years of “ new” “state of the art” equipment .. my ac would fail. I called Brad at Essex county and she showed up and ended up replacing my whole ac unit lines and all within a blink of an eye for a reasonable price and the cleanest work I’ve ever seen… my ac works flawlessly … he all has also helped me at my mothers home and showed up within 24 hours of a phone call during a heat wave and fixed a issue . Very professional and quality work… highly recommended!!!!

Who you hire is a reflection of how u run your business. How you respond to critics shows your attention to detail. The fact that u call the video silly is a deflection. Address the issue. Apologies are in order. Would not feel comfortable letting this company in my space.

Disgraceful behaviour by their staff towards a member of the public minding his own business recording in public. Why the staff of this company think it’s their job to police what the public do on public property is beyond me. Threats of violence, name calling and using derogatory terms. Not a very good look for a company at all. Might be time to have a long hard look at the quality of the staff your employing and perhaps educate them on how to properly represent your company.

I had a near impossible HVAC retro fit needed. The staff and crew came in on time and on budget. Not a single problem. They will be doing my other 3 buildings.
