Bartlett & Steadman Plumbing, Heating & AC

We found them very accommodating. What a hot water tank blew they were here with a temporary tank within hours. We expect them this morning to install a new heating system.

My tub stopper lever broke and water wouldn't drain from the tub. Bartlett & Steadman sent Grant R. for what I thought would be a routine part replacement. As so often happens in homes with old plumbing, it wasn't routine at all, but Grant applied his ingenuity--as well as a lot of sweat and patience--to get the job done. I admired his determination, positive attitude, and considerable skills. Thank you, Grant and B & S!

Mike was super awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and experienced with my condo's particular plumbing situation, he explained to me all my options and broke down the costs for me and explained how they would go about installation and repairs. This made me feel way less anxious about the work to be done and know that my bathrooms are in good hands. 10/10 would go with Bartlett and Steadman everytime.

Had my water heater replaced. The Bartlett and Stedman team was professional and responsive. Fantastic quality work done by Daniel! The Area was left clean and the team was respectful while working. I'll be happy to use them again.

There crew members are top rate and easzy to work with. They protected there boots with cloths when walking in the house. On time and patient with all my questions. Yes this is quality service company. We use as both plumers and A/c.

Very pleased with the annual PM service performed on our home ejector pump system. Scheduling was easy. The Service Tech, Joshua P was on time and overall professional. The work was completed expeditiously and Joshua was very helpful in recommending constructive ideas to improve the service factor of the equipment. I will look forward to interacting with him again when I follow up on his recommendations.

These guys were great. They were at my home for almost 4 hours trying to find the source of my water problem. It took hours and lots of patience and they couldn’t access where the water started from (behind my walls - it was the sprinkler line way up in my wall) but these 2 guys gave it their absolute best! I have nothing but good to say and I’ve used Bartlett & Steadman a few times, and will continue to use them!!!

Josh and Aaron were great! They worked hard, diligently, neatly, and pleasantly to find and repair our leaking heating pipes. The work went so well that we also had them reconnect an old garage gas heater and tighten a toilet's bolts.

Jesse M did a fantastic job installing the heating and A/C system in our house. He was easy to work with and came up with creative solutions for working around the limitations of our 100+ year old house. Would highly recommend working with him!

Always prompt, friendly, professional. Getting a plumber the same day or next day is amazing. I’ve worked with a few different employees at various times and they’re all happy to explain what they’re doing and what my options are for fixes. They’re not cheap, but it doesn’t feel like you’re being taken for a ride on price - I’ve been told when relevant that the best option is to order a simple replacement part myself because it’s more affordable. They always wear shoe covers when coming from outside which is very helpful for keeping the floors clean.

I don’t expect to ever need to call another plumbing company. I’d recommend them to anyone.
