I was recently in the market to upgrade my ancient heating system to modern heat pumps. This was a long process and a lot of thought went into the type of system I wanted as well as the contractor to install it. I got several quotes and Obie's came in on the low end. There was another highly rated contractor who I considered, but Obie's proposal seemed to be a better value. As the installation process is winding to a close, I thought I would take a moment to recommend Obie. The whole process from the first visit for an estimate, to the last visit to accompany the building inspector, Obie has been great. I really value up front, honest communication, and Obie has met my expectations. Not only was their initial estimate more thorough than any of their competitors, but their follow-through has been exemplary. They made two minor mistakes during the installation, that they apologized for and fixed immediately when I brought them to their attention. The office team has been so helpful throughout the entire process including seeking rebates with my town, and their technicians seem both knowledgeable and thorough. They show up when they say, and they work efficiently. I love the result of the installation. My house is warm and I'm looking forward to air conditioning in the summer. I feel that I couldn't have been better taken care of. I am so pleased.

First time using Obie but impressed. Originally scheduled appointment a few weeks out but they ended up coming the next day. Our technician Blake was great! Very polite, quickly found the problem (blocked drainage), recommended a fix and had the system back online within an hour. Will definitely use them again!

Called Obie for the first time to help with our high efficiency gas boiler. I had another company take a look who said that the whole system needed to be replace. Santiago came on time and received a text message when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional - he was able explain clearly the issues with the boiler. He told me why what the other company diagnosed as the issue did not seem to be correct. I the end he recommended less extensive repairs - saving me over $10K! Pricing was transparent and he was able to do all the work on the same day. Will definitely call Obie again and ask for Santiago!

Obie team and the technician (Blake) did an awesome job to find the root cause of my ac unit not working and resolve it quickly. He was very friendly and patient in explaining everything. Highly recommended if you’ve issues with a/c.

I am selling my house and needed the AC to be fixed so I called for an appointment and they were available within a few days. Santiago arrived at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly checked to assure the fix in fact corrected the problem. He ran the system and checked the temperature before leaving to assure there were no additional issues.

Additionally, he and Matthew were extremely professional and explained what they were doing and what the problem was. They put shoe covers on before entering the house which I appreciated since the house is up for sale and needs to be clean at all times.

I am a retired mechanical engineer and watched carefully as they diagnosed and corrected the problem and then made sure the problem was fixed. I was extremely impressed.

This company had excellent reviews and was a referral from another HVAC company I knew but didn’t service this area. I now know why this company gets five stars and I couldn’t agree more.

Matthew did a great job servicing our equipment. He was very professional and responsive to our questions. I have had good experience with Obie comfort solutions since we installed our machines several years ago.

JP provided excellent service for the second time. He came to do a deep clean of my mini split units. He took time to explain everything and show me before and after pictures. He didn't have all the parts needed and had the office deliver them so we wouldn't need a second appt. Thanks JP. See you next year for the annual maintenance.
